| Hand Maid Mai is a more severe example than most, since 1 episode out of a planned 3 was released, but then the DVD distributor went bankrupt. Episodes 2 and 3 apparently exist, but can't be released due to legal entanglements. |

| So I hear the next Full Metal Panic is just a hopeless wish that fans will likely never get to see. Part of the reason I never watched FMP was this fact. Still I finally got curious enough to try it out. I'll be sad when the second raid comes around only for there to be another season that will likely never reach the light of day. Aaaaaah what a tragedy. |

Legend of the Legendary Heroes (I think I'll have a lot of fans in agreement to this) Chrome Shelled Regios (I almost can't believe they HAVEN'T made a sequel to this yet...) D. Gray-Man (this one sort of has an excuse considering the manga's author fell ill for a while) To Aru Majutsu no Index (obviously) Spice + Wolf (needs a 3rd season in the worst way) I'll just keep it at 5 for now since I could probably rattle off 30 or so. |

| the one for me that especially stands out is black blood brothers, i found that the series was more of a set up of a main plot if im honest and then it just stops. iw as really disappointed at that, loved that show :P |
