| There will most likely be no second season for Deadman Wonderland. Reason being, is that the anime got bad ratings in Japan and they totally messed up the plot. I read the manga, but the anime made everything too rushed at some point, and left the ending in a cliff hanger. They forgot to incorporate (or they ignored) a important character so the story can't really be continued. And even if they produce a second season, season 3 will be on a looooong hiatus because of the manga already being on a long hiatus. Right now the author is pregnant (or maybe she's not anymore) but its going to be a while before she can get back to work on the manga. So I have a bad feeling for the future of Deadman Wonderland itself, which is a bit saddening to me. |

I don't know how long you get paid maternity leave in japan but i guess its at least for 1 year. Idk, we got a second season of Seitokai no Ichizon four years after the debut of the original series. Granted, a different animation company handled it though. We could see the same from Deadman Wonderland. There could still be a 2nd season...but it's very curious if Manglobe will handle it, or if another animation company would pick it up. |

| I'm almost sure there won't be a second season because some of the main characters that would appear in said second season were completely erased from the first season. It's also not strange that the first season didn't sell that much because it did skip some parts of the manga and, again, because it erased some characters that were interesting. |

| Lack of anime sales! I personally think that all us DW fans should pull together and create a site. Instead of waiting for something we all truly love, we should put forth the effort towards an Internet fundraiser for the next installment/ anime. Therefore bringing the enjoyment of Deadman Wonderland to multiple countries. The possibility lies within our forum members, whom of which thousands cared enough to start this conversation. | Deadman Wonderland was quite weak but a little entertaining to watch. I'd like to see another season of it but it's completely improbable. |

| they could do another season. It was pretty good, i just couldn't stand when they darkened the screen for like half the series, and the uncensored is only on DVD :( |

| I don't think a second season would be possible. They skipped out on so many of the most important characters from the Manga despite them being introduced early on. The majority of the next arc that wasn't animated centers around a girl that was introduced in the first couple chapters of the Manga, what would of been episode two of the Anime. Azami Midou Idaki Hitara Masaru Sukegawa Were all cut out of the Anime. Oh yeah, and the Manga has pretty much ended so there's no point to another season, if not to boost Manga sales. |

| I'm pulling for it. They have a lot of questions that still need to be answered. I just finished watching it last night and was extremely disappointed. The show has so much potential if they'll just make another season. I suppose costs will come into play so it might not happen. |

| I still think there will be a season 2 or a reboot, since the manga is finished so thay can do somethink like FMAB or Soul Eater NOT! The story has the potential to be a great anime and the manga was quite popular even though the hiatus and even though there wasn't anime adaptation behind it like Naruto or Bleach. |

| Haven't read the manga yet but I can't understand how it got such low sales. Before I started watching it I remember the hype for it was everywhere. It'd be pretty lame for them to leave the anime viewers hanging. |
