| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Muginami is pretty adorable and even though she seemed bad at first she did help Lan out when she was drowning. I liked the jealousy from Lan when Madoka gave Muginami all the attention. Next week we have another alien guy to watch out for and he looks pretty bad ass. Oh, and the OP/ED single comes out in three days! |
| Mugi has taken my heart, she makes a nice waitress, a total cutie, and is an excellent swimmer like Madoka, although capsizing Lan's raft was low, she didn't mean to cause her to nearly drown and she did save her from drowning. Lan also got Jealous when Mugi was getting attention when she was waiting tables and when Lan tried it ended miserably. A little bit of covered Mugi fanservice in the surveillance video. New villain, and he looks tough and Array is out of prison. |

| So Mugi is not some idiot here... good :) plus her relation with Lan and Madoka was interesting. Ok mainly from Lan side - as klutz waitress and in school. In both cases it was adorable. Some development on bad guys side - this new boss looks interesting, but probably another well-intentioned extremist which fits this series quite good. But from perviews it seems that he will try to talk with Madoka... why? Why try to convince most stubborn person in whole of creation :D |

| Again a really enjoyable episode. This is quite a bunch of charismatic characters they have created here. I'm curious what Muginami is hiding under her happy-go-lucky attitude and for what agenda she is working for. I especially like all the little details and continuity in this show. Everything is building up on everything else. The staff took their time to show the destruction done in the last episode and avoided disruptions concerning the story telling which for example Guilty Crown tends to do. At this point I'm not convinced by the statement that the antagonists are merely trying to optain the Vox for miltary power and there is more behing the issue as it was hinted at last episode. |

| Muginami desu... Lol. Lol that episode. It's my favorite so far and there was virtually no mecha. I like that they are establishing some drama and I also see a plot surfacing, as well as some potential jealousy on Lan's part. I'm excited to see how their relationship develops away from the robots. This episode gets me pumped for more action as well. I think it'll be great setting them all fight and grow in their teamwork on the battlefield as well. |

| I sorta knew Muginami was playing the "dumb blonde" on purpose. I realized that when she did the "You go that way. I'll go this way" routine on Madoka in Episode 2. I don't think she's another alien. Maybe she's like SS or CIA from Europe or US. This episode did seem much sillier. I sure hope it gets more serious soon. Mugi pulling a dirty stunt on Lan. NEVER ASSUME someone can swim until you know otherwise. That whole sequence pissed me off a bit. Yeah, Mugi did save Lan when she was freaking out pulling on Madoka. It still doesn't make up for the fact that she caused it all. I'm also annoyed a bit with Madoka. i was pretty sure Lan was the 2nd "jersey" girl. when they chatted after they met in the shower in Ep1. Madoka then makes Mugi a Jersey girl and on top of it totally forgets about Lan place in the group. No wonder Lan felt left out and was acting the way she was trying to copy Mugi. I felt bad for her. My opinion of Madoka really took a her step down after watching this episode. The show definately need to get back to more serious situations next few episodes. This episode really hurt the overall series a bit. |

| Good episode,Muginami is a cutey,is so obvious that she is an alien also, even that she made a dick move to Lan i like her. Poor Lan she really feel left apart by Madoka, i really laugh at her being waitress nothing like a clumsy waitress.....even that in real life is horrible! New Villain appears she looks strong and it looks it will try to seduce Madoka next episode. | I still think Muginami's nick name fits as Mugiboobies. It fits her body and personality a little. | I really wish this anime would explain something - anything - about its backstory or its characters. Four episodes in and there's really no clear picture on what the actual conflict is or who the enemy are. |
| WHY DOES THIS SHOW NOT HAVE MORE VIEWERS. It's being overlooked for other anime like Guilty Crown, when this deserves so many more views than Guilty Crown. For one, the characters are so like-able.. Everyone from Madoka, to Muginami, to the head of the organization are all extremely well done, and even the enemies have like-able qualities. Another thing I have to applaud is the plot - usually in Anime like this, they'd have it secondary, and not care about anything. Plot-holes everywhere and all that good stuff. But in this, everything is explained, and any gaps of logic are looked into.. Compare this to the first-episode slip-up in Guilty Crown where they don't even search the building after apprehending Inori. I have to say, iw as caught out of left field for this.I expected it to be something like a yuri Infinite Stratos, but it's turning out to be a light-hearted, well written gundam! (Which is actually a compliment to Gundam) So far it's a 9 for me, but it will go up to a 10 if it keeps up this pace. I can't think of any other anime that just keeps me smiling the entire time I'm watching it. lilmp89 said: I have no clue of what the hell is going on in the show. From the first three episodes, you could tell she was new to things around earth, and didn't know how to properly interact with others like Madoka. The klutz part of things just stemmed from that! I hope that kind of explains things, but if you don't think it's a good anime, that's your choice - I hope you enjoy watching it though~! Sorry, in a good mood as I just finished EP 4. |

| There actually was some groundwork laid in this episode for a pretty elaborate plot and the show seems to be taking some time to develop it (enough that I doubt it can be wrapped up in a single cour). There are some nice touches too like the reconstruction going on in the city to repair the damage and the farmer replanting his field after the robots ripped it up. As for potential plot holes, I actually thought that it was common practice for anime high schools to accept transfer students with no fixed address. How else would they get them to move into the main character's house? |

| I can freely say that this show is worth watching solely cuz' of Lan. And Muginami' s prank would have been an evil one if she didn't came back to help out. Still, it doesn't erase the fault. But speaking about her... doesn't her breast size change with different clothing? O.o' |

Well, since there is no guys to pick up Madoka, the Anime seems to go for MechaYuri.While,The Enemy side seems to be in MechaBL mode.I guess in the end, both side will join together as lovely couple. hopefully .. | Lan and her jealousy was adorable. She's so cute. As for her clumsiness. Is not just the alien environment but probably the fact that she as a princess didn't have to do any such works before. She seems like she had certain duties and everything else where provided to her. The new girl seems to be another alien girl to me. Probably a princess of another planet. madoka might be building a nice alien princesses yuri harem. |

I remember reading somewhere that the creator was going to back off on the love relationships thing for this show and let it grow organically as the show progressed.(what ever that means!) Plus there are 3 handsome conflicted bad/good guys trying to take the Voxes and there is 3 girls to pilot those voxes. coincidence or providence? betcha something happens there! |
