Need recommendation, Kemono no Souja Erin.

Only 2 things that i am picky about, the main character if its possible be female and the story need to have the same power that Kemono no Souja Erin had.

If by any chance you haven't watched Seirei no Moribito yet, then watch it. Afaik the book author is the same one.

Sorry I can't be more helpful, although Kemono is one of my top10 favorite anime, I don't know anything else quite like it. Well, maybe Witch Hunter Robin, although it's different and at first focuses merely on solving cases, the second part has a slightly similar feel to it, and it raises serious questions.

I watched Seirei no Moribito a few days ago, also already watched Witch Hunter Robin.

Oh, sorry, I should've checked your list. I'm new here, haven't got a handle on how the site functions yet :) Btw wow, you've surely watched a lot of anime.

I understand why you wanted something like Kemono, though. My mother has the same request for me, and I still don't know what else to show her. Hopefully somebody else has an advice.

I recently watched Glass Mask the more recent remake. Absolutely loved it. Reminded me of hikaru no go in a sense, with rivals and competition and such.
I then tried to watch kaleidostar cuz it was on the recommended list for that show but I didnt like it cuz it seemed to target a younger age group. I'm 23 yrs old btw.
If anyone would know any animes that are similar or give a similar feeling of glass mask or hikaru no go that would be awesome. (Rivals and competition where the protagonist is a genius or has a hidden talent that people slowly begin to notice)

Ive already seen prince of tennis and major in regards to a protagonist that are good at what they do. Thanks again :)

My first thoughts were Code Geass and Berserk. It looks like you've watched the former, but I highly recommend the latter.
Berserk is quite an enjoyable series, good action, and although the anime doesn't have a lot of friend vs friend, it is an arc of the series which is setting the stage for that. I suppose it focuses similarly on the development of a friendship and then the strain and eventual collapse of that bond, dispite the main characters efforts. It is also pretty dark.
Its not the strongest of recommendations, but thought I'd at least toss you one idea.

First thing that comes to mind for me is Gundam SEED. I beleive this series had an epic portion of what your looking for. Specially around like ep 25-40 time frame, shit got crazy.

Then theres also Mai Hime with like.. the entire cast and one of my favorites of all time, Hajime no Ippo with Ippo and Miyata -_-

Death Note is a lot of elaborate and super-clever strategizing. Much better too, imo.

Also, I believe Legend of the Galactic Heroes may be in a similar category too, but I haven't seen it yet. The top review for it seems to paint it that way though.

You might give Ano no Exorcist a try. There are some light filler episodes, and not everybody was happy with the ending, but the theme is probably what you are looking for.

I had considered suggesting Legend of the Galactic Heroes also, despite it not having mecha which is what you were requesting. It is an interesting political anime but it moves at a snails pace compared to what people expect from an anime these days. Also, loads of characters (~660 named regulars, ~100 could be considered main players of the series) but fortunately it frequently will display character's names fairly often to remind you who they are :P. I've still enjoyed what I've seen of it and plan on finishing it.
It's apples and oranges when compared to Code Geass and doesn't have mecha, but worth checking out.

I need help finding an anime (at least I think it was an anime). I can't remember what it was it about exactly, but I do remember that it had something to do with soldiers who fought to protect a library (or something like that). Any help would be greatly appreciated; I just really wanted to watch this anime (or read, in case it was a manga).

So I just finished Cowboy Bebop and MAN, I was blown away.
I'm not necessary looking for something that has a similar plot or anything, but I would love it if you found something that you think is as good or even better than Cowboy bebop.

Please check my list beforehand to see if I have already watched it.

From your Plan to Watch list:

Ef - A Tale of Memories would be a good choice. It's got great a visual presentation and engaging storytelling like 5 Centimeters per second, but with a more dramatic story in a similar vein to Clannad and Kanon, but more realistic and down to earth, serious not silly (again, like 5 cm/s).

Not on your list:

Koe de Oshigoto! is a hilarious ecchi (borderline hentai) OVA that unfortunately is only 2 episodes so far (been like 8 months since the last episode came out). Since you rated To Love-Ru pretty high (meaning you probably like ecchi and comedy), you'd probably love this which is much better.

I'd recommend some more good comedies you might like, but I don't think they'd surpass Cowboy Bebop if it's as good as you say...

Kaiji. It's similar to One Outs, which I see you liked.
Shuffle. Harem anime. A really good one.

does anyone know any anime they can recommend to me. Mainly anime series with scene's of rooms/buildings high tech or low tech design's. an example would be like the Anime No. 6 where its showed what the house and room of the main characte shionr looked like at the first few episodes xD another example is NHK ni Youkoso since Satou is staying alot in his room, his room in an apartment is always shown. or Gundam 00 with its high tech satellite elevator and many more. In term's of genre i think any genre will do as long as there are building's or inside look of the building shown. I just want to look at a range of building' designs xP thanks in advance. :)

Hmm i believe you would love Steins;Gate then. Hope this helps ^^

Is it a good show? does it also show any buildings or like inside of buildings xD
Im going to check it out then .^^

Except, without mecha, it would be almost too coincidental that Geass had a lot of elements taken from LoGH. I don't think it's apples and oranges in this case, because the mech's didn't even have a purpose to be in the show other than to cater by selling model kits.

A glance at your list suggest you may find it plain or boring, unless you find the particular brand of humor involved to your taste. It's the type of show that to really get into you need to watch more than just two or three episodes to develop a feel for the characters. I found it mostly 'okay', with a few episodes either 'good' or 'very good'.

Careful now. You'll want to watch K-ON!, with 1 exclamation point first, haha. The K-ON! is the first season, while K-ON!! is the 2nd. It's a genius naming scheme, I know...

I'd disagree with Cratex and would say I'd think you'd like it because some of the other things you've liked are heavily dependent on the characters and their personalities (like Boku wa Tomodachi) rather than plot developments, so I think you'd like K-ON as well.
