| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Another great episode. About the beginning, that really freaked me out. At first it was pretty calm with the drivers and I was not exactly paying attention to them being those first ones in previous episodes until holy shit at the spoiler It was pretty wild of the truck suddenly swerving and getting out of the road and that was one heck of a disaster to get worse but Utao did a splendid save with Kukuri as follows,  It was quite amazing but I was surprised it was not Aki but this kid that upon him communicating in what I assume to be telepathically with Utao her eyes changed in the following spoiler About an incest indicator, IMO the following in spoiler indicates a form of incest About Utao’s clumsiness, well it was certainly refreshing to see Utao cleaning around the cafe and her expressions such as when spilled the stuff on the table she was working on. Utao did not seem the super good worker like she claimed last episode from the looks of dropping dishes with a funny expression to panicking too much when taking orders (I am surprised she did not screw up because of that) to having shy problems when nice guys order. Well my favorite one is when she falls and her position after falling in the spoiler About Suou, Hibino’s friend first appearance was nice as it shows a girl with normal breasts and a nice happy face with blonde hair. That quickly changed to rather adorable Utao teasing in the spoiler I find that Utao’s freaked out expressions were great in the spoiler There is that props between Hibino/Utao that means a better relation under way as follows,  Now that was nice. About Kyouhei/Aki meeting, Aki looked pretty dirty in the spoiler About Koushirou, his first appearance made me think of Onizuka here. His character looked like the one from Onizuka except Koushirou is no amazing teacher. He is part of the Hyuuga family and he was very aggressive towards Kyouhei here by death threatening with a knife. Guess the problems between the 2 families rings true. About the preview, yeah it looks like Aki is kidnapped in the next episode by Kuuko. Seems like we are going to have a flashback of Aki fighting Koushirou with Aki being grabbed by a kakashi to be dropped but you see I am not sure it’s his since she is seen right after being dropped here by his kakashi and he looks to attempt a pipe hit on Koushirou. There shall be some Utao riding on Kukuri and a rather shy/teary Kyouhei here. Why is what I want to know. About the extra, the extra was particularly long at the end but I liked it more than the other ones. First of all the insides of Kukuri were a total joke with the liquids and candy but it did tell that Utao needs sugar to energize herself. I ROFL so bad at the kakashi spring bath joke. I would ROFL more if they do that in the anime. Kakashis taking a bath, I wonder. Finally Utao is shorter than I though in the spoiler PS: I checked out the director of this series and I can’t believe he is the same one from Angel Beats. Well angel beats was a geniously well directed anime and this one makes no exception either. |

| Very good third episode. The show managed to blur the lines a lot and is surprisingly twisty on the character encounters. It was also nice to yet again see such a stark contrast on main character and how he reacts to aki and what persona he puts up towards others. 5/5 |

( ¬‿¬) I must say I do love it when Aki goes "U mad? ( ¬‿¬)" on Kyohei though. Also, I lol'd at product placement of a Gigabyte Radeon HD 4650 in the store the red-head was in. It does look more like a geForce card though, judging by the box's color scheme and all. |

| So it's not just me that feel like Utao cutest have increased in this episode. Hehe :D Aki got saved by this women. I got a feeling that Kyouhei and Utao will get involved with this. |

| Utao so far wins the most awesome facial expressions award and is really what keeps me coming back. We once again got more lame male protagonist screaming... And honestly, Hibino-san really has to see her surgeon to fix the leak in her silicon implants... Kukuri hasn't done anything really exciting and the only thing that I find it has going for it is that it looks like QB. |

| I'm wondering whether the control of Kukuri will be returned to Kyouhei in the end. Because he seems to be very good in controlling these "gods". It would be great as we would get some awesome fights... but it would be sad for Utao as she would be separated from Kukuri so I don't know what I should expect. Anyway: One of the best series this season (still undecided about #1) PS: DAMN I LOVE THE INTRO AND OUTRO OF THAT SERIES ! CAN'T WAIT FOR THE RELEASE OF THE FULL VERSIONS! |

| Really the only one who looks cute with the pre-cannibalistic chew-on-the-head is index. Utao is not cute and her super jealousy because of bro complex is annoying. Looking forward toward her twin (?) Kyouhei seemed remorseful while dealing with Aki. Did like their little interaction. They should really go back to their village and fight because they are clearly destroying the pretty city. How come there aren't any police forces tracking the bizarre events? Anyho, villagers are usually portrayed as evil in anime. Poor them XD |

Still too much utao , but we got lot of aki , he's awesome , and two new interesting characters. anyone else think that koushiro kakashi's song is the creepiest so far? by the way , im starting to think that kyohei have something to do in all that killing in the past , rather than just aki. |
| This was a rather mediocre episode because lot of things remained unexplained. In the first part wee saw much of Utao's clumsiness and her fear of becoming fat from cakes. In the second part the encounter between Aki and Kuga was interesting, but I had expected a fight instead of talking. The new dollmaster who appeared anfd fought against Aki is mysterious. We know nothing about his origin or his aims. And the fight between Aki and him could have lasted longer. And what does the red-haired researcher girl want to do with Aki? I hope in the next episodes we will gwet more information about the characters and the kukuris. |
| We've quickly turned a couple of black and white characters into much more subtle shades of grey. At some point we will find out the truth of killing spree back in the village, and just how much responsibility each of them have for it. Lots of development, lots of new characters--this was a good episode. |

| That detective's daughter is always being nosy about the supernatural. Dragging home a passed out Aki? I think this is probably not gonna end well for her when he wakes up. Utao was really cute in this ep, mostly during the cafe. (Must be her angry-blushing face.) Just look at the different faces she makes with the constant messing up while running the errands. And I thought it was cute when she got all jealous and kicked his leg after that blond chick mentioning how lucky Kyouhei was to be staying at Hibino's place. Yumekichi11 said: Best...face...Ever. |

| Haha, sometimes I find Aki very funny. And I gotta admit Utao's pretty cute, though it'll be cool if at some point she tries to become strong solo and achieves some level of strength at the cost of something more important or....etc something dramatic like that. I guess I'll just keep watching and see what happens. And I gotta confess I read the manga between this episode and last since...I guess I had nothing better to do. The scanlations I found didn't go too far though, so I guess I'll be sticking with anime after all. |

| I swear those boobs are getting bigger and bigger every episode And aside from the first half, which was cute but a bit out of place in this show, it was a good episode. Some more characters to add to the fray. Plus that glasses girl got hold of Aki. I smell raep. Not quite sold on the show but it's not that boring. Plus the "lalalala" song and the QB god makes me come back for more. And those melons too I guess, if only they weren't growing every episode =_=. Now just get rid of the Kamisama Corner at the end and I might try to like it more. |

| I really don't like this show. I always try to understand the show but damn...The main character is just a pain in the ass. "Oh I can't control the god, so I have killed many people. Ah good idea, I run away and let my cute little sister carry the burden." Don't know what the audience should learn from that behaviour. |
| This show needs to decide what it's going to be. Light hearted and silly, comic slice-of-life/magic girl, or darker scifi mystery. It's trying to do it all and it's just not working for me. Progress the story faster, do less of the pointless cuteness and it could be a good anime. Just my two cents ^_^ |
