| This ep made me so happy. It's the in-between relationship and character building stuff that really brings out the greatness of the show. Mihashi is way too cute with his #1, getting upset if Abe-kun isn't his pitcher, the self made birthday party... pretty much all of it. Ooh! And.. Congrads to Hanai-kun being Captain! Yay! |

| Warning: WHINING. Man, waiting for the rest of the series to be fansubbed is waiting for Christmas... It's been weeks. I'm sure they're doing their best and they're very busy with their own lives... but... but... *sigh* I wish I picked up Japanese somewhere along the way. I wanna see the next episode! | ohman, i really love tajima. he's probably my favorite besides abe & mihashi (together they're just amazing characters that are so funny!!) such a good episode. oh, and mihashi's mom.. now i know why mihashi is the way he is hahaaaa. i like how they're starting to give more background to the other teammates like hanai and sakeguchi... though i cant wait for the point where i'll know all the members of the team. |

| Cutest episode yet. Sitting at a solid 9, but borderline to an 8. If every episode can be as cute as this, it definitely scores a 9. I wish I had friends like them. | Mihashi has that wimpy attitude like Tsuna of Hitman reborn but I suprisingly love that side of him and his "bird" like expressions.. And Tajima! Love him too. I am glad Mihashi transferred school. These guys are really nice. |

| So cute! Loved this ep. I'm loving Mihashi even more :-) I pegged Abe for the position of captain actually. Hanai was my second guess. I'm happy that Hanai's captain though! He's tied for second fave character with Abe. |

| Forgot that the rest of the team wasn't aware of how precise Mihashi was with his pitching. Crying bird: actually cool~ Character standouts: SHINOOKA. Dang, she's even cooler the second time around. How she talks with Mihashi is great too. TAJIMA. Because how cute are he and Mihashi? Already idiot friends. (Plus his dub VA is 1000% great.) HANAI. Surprise megane and a hit with the parents, too! I see why Higuchi-sensei calls him best future husband-o. ww (Also has great dub VA, though he really starts shining this episode imo.) |

| ooo practice for second catcher and pitcher ! i was wondering about this, wouldnt say my knowledge is good about baseball but i at least know that they need another catcher and pitcher, at least for backup. TAJIMA I LOVW YOUUUU icb he got persuaded that easily by momoe. HANAI AS CAPTAIN YOOO i kinda thought abe would be capt but if i think about it again hanai suits it pretty well too, cant wait to see him in action on a game!! its also mihashi's birthday!!!! they came to his house to study without knowing it and of course they didnt actually study LMAO mihashi saying "i want to go!" WAS SOO... I LITERALLY CRIED HE SAID I WANTS TO GOOO i love this team so much this is so BADDD they even gave side characters their own charm and moments IM SO EMOTIONALLLL I SAY THIS AFTER EVERY EPISODE BUT I LOVE THEM |
