| I think it might be possible that she's really sick and that it was not a joke or anything so the whole "transfer" thing might make sense after all if they go for the "tragic" route o: If all of that IS true then I think her not wanting to make female friends means that she doesn't want to leave someone behind that might miss her and she only hangs out with guys because well no one really wants to be that lonely. She knows that these guys are not really emotionally invested so it's fine with her. Tsutsui must have really gotton to her so that she led her guard down and wanted to be by his side after all even if she might have to hurt him in the end.
