I don't get angry that much

But if I do I just laugh it off..being angry takes too much effort..all in all it's fucking lame.

I'll either listen to music, sit outside by myself and think for a while, or play an angry-sounding song on the piano. XD

I usually go the tennis court, and hit a ball around. That usually calms me down after a few minutes.
Well one thing I've learned from this experience, is that a princess is still a princesss even when she is naked.

i would also think about how quick the death is when i run those murderscenarios in my head. It can't be too fast, but it must still be extremely painful.

I use to be very bad about controlling my anger when I was a kid.

Nowadays, I'm calm and cold-blooded most of the time, but when it does occur (usually once every 2 months), I do 100 push-ups and/or Yoga breathing techniques.

Throwing things, or punching/kicking shit is a horrible idea, by the way. Even when I was younger, smaller, and much weaker, this would result in broken doors, dented walls, smashed possessions, and in one case, a broken bone in the hardest part of my foot. (A broken lock too...)

Destroying personal property and injuring myself? No thanks.

I take a walk outside fresh air and think about what i have done, or what made me angry and it should not be repeated. Thats all and i cool down.

I do the things I like such as listening to music, watching anime, movies, tv, or playing some games.

Walking outside for fresh air never worked for me. It just makes me angrier for some reason. o_O

-Forget primary reason for punching wall


Well, that would be in severe cases I guess...

Most of the time I just sit down, listen to some music and just think about something else for awhile...before going to play some video games of some kind...

when i get rlly frustrated or angry with something, i usually just sit there and listen to loud music with my headphones and do something to try and take my mind off of things.
when im in a situation where i cant do that, i slowly count to 10 and it usually works~ :)

Depends what I get angry about. If its down to a family member I live with I usually punch a wall or throw something across the room. If its due to something outside the home, I bitch and rant about it to my sister/mum until I'm cool.

Lay down on the bed and think. Think of good times, good things, what I could have done wrong and make it good again. Read some philosophic quotes that will calm me down.
Talk to my parents or my friends (if I don't have a fight with them).
Music don't always help me, so I just go to watch a movie.

I'm always angry.

I'm not really sure since I never get angry at anything, I'm pretty emotionless. I do remember throwing things and sleeping once or twice when I was little.

-i play a car racing video game, then frustratingly destroy my car or both me and my competitor's car...
-i play a car racing video game, then i keep restarting my race whenever i crash til i cool down...
-i play a car racing video game, then with frustration i drive too aggressively and fast that i beat the best lap time for qualifying or time trial just to cool down(pole position!)

Shut myself away from human contact and draw/watch something/listen to music.

However, if it's a big problem between a close friend or family member, it is much better to talk about it and resolve it. Plus I feel that your relationship becomes better after you overcome arguments with each other.

With escapist such things as music and movies and shows and reading and writing.
Essentially, I just try to get my mind off whatever is bothering me. I mean, if I can't resolve an issue then, there's no point in keeping it on my mind.

Sometimes I choose an outlet that feels somewhat like retaliation.

i generally dont get angry that often. I think im too placid to care most times. But on the rare occasions that i see red, i tend to go running, listening to pretty hardcore heavy metal. either that i stay in my room and scream.


hey, it works for me! and it prevented me from beating my sister to a pulp and throwing her through a glass door :)
