| This is extremely sad its hard to say what they can do but one should always face things with confidence. If he/she is innocent then there is nothing that they should worry about. If you run things like that have a habit of catching up to you if you did anything or not. If he or she is guilty then punishment must be administered. |

All of proves is there is the huge possibility they had sex. A DNA test will not prove innocence or guilt in the case of rape. Unless the accused is over 18 and the accuser is under the age of sexual consent(16-18 is the age of sexual consent depending on state) then a DNA test would prove the possibility of statutory rape. Or if the accused lied about having sex with his accuser then a DNA test might prove that he is a liar.Which still does not prove rape. |
