THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Not much about this OVA... Misaka feels like someone is stalking her, she found Touma and says he is the one doing that. Touma obviously doesn't know what's happening. The episode goes on an on on the same thing, till Kuroko notices one chick from the Judgement (?) has a device doing that. Misaka defeats her, and done. Nice OP and the ED does look like your average OVA ending... 4 of 5 i think is enough for this. |

From the sounds of it, it's exactly as I expected. Definitely skipping this OVA series. |

Kuroko is late at her mission... Misaka already done 6 of them. Kuroko "arrested" her so there's no huge problem, but Misaka sensed something. Misaka sensing someone's watching. It's after 6 upper thing. Misaka mentioning about different from rumor watching... Legend... Uiharu forgot to turn the mobile computer off and Misaka can sense the electric. They told her not to care about that bothering watching. Sensing again when she's alone. And when she turned around one time and it's Touma. She asked if he's the one, but he said why? Then other judgments are here. lol @ calling them couple. Kuroko spilling out about Misaka, saying that she's childish and felt guilty. Sensing again. Saten looking at Uiharu's underwear again. So Uiharu is staying over at Saten's. Kuroko called Saten that she's coming over. She is here immediately to ask about the legend she mentioned before. lol @ seeing Mitsuko's post on that site! Kuroko said it's no longer a legend anymore because there are victims. But she doesn't want Misaka to know. She doesn't want Misaka to take care of it herself. Uiharu and Saten are following Kuroko. Misaka visiting Judgment office, and seems like there's no sensing there. Onsen... Asking Mitsuko... she just did it for some people else. Electricity opposite entrance?? same thing Misaka said. Misaka getting small in onsen. Seeing Misaka's energyless expression, Saten is washing her back so that she doesn't feel someone's watching/thanking her. Misaka got into a space alone after the hot water. Getting into different places after sensing each time. Misaka sleeping and Kuroko is not there (fake body next to her). Saten gave Uiharu taiyaki. It's not targetting someone with electricity ability. Misaka checking out for herself, and Kuroko and others looking after her. Misaka knows that there's just one way in that and getting around to see who's watching her... the other two judgments (kind of guessed it, it's one of them). When Misaka mentioned about the legend, the female one kind of smiled, while the guy said what's that? Kuroko came to say the criminal, previously from the lab?! Creating electricity... And her report! Belt?? Bomb to lose senses? Criminal trying to escape, and Misaka caught up. So Saten was watching her so that she can report them. Misaka massaged Kuroko, and gave snacks to other two. She got fired? Kuroko saying that it's also Uiharu and Saten that made the mission complete. lol~~ the true criminal for always watching during that time is Kuroko!! Then Kuroko got punished! |

Plot is pretty weak, of course that's expected. But it's nice to see some railgun action again after so long. Anyways why isn't this week's Index out yet? come on subbers! |

I liked this OVA, it reminded me why i like Railgun over Index. Still there both pretty good. For a OVA this was very good especially considering that most OVA's lately are almost all swim or hot spring episodes. It's one of the better OVA's i seen. One thing it needed more tho is angry Misaka i like her sparkles!! |

I still prefer Railgun over Index, and this is probably why I decided to watch this OVA before Index II Ep. 4 even though subs for both are available to me at pretty much the same time... Also, the new OP and ED for this OVA are definitely a plus. Really love the OP sequence. I can just keep watching that for the whole night! |

I'm also a bigger fan of Railgun rather than index... and this episode was a perfect example, In Railgun we never have to deal with idiotic religion BS that index is so obsessed with, Railgun is also more enjoyable and of course we get to see BiriBiri as the main character. The OVA was nice, I would've wished for a more laid back episode but this still leaves me wanting SEASON 2!!! |

Oh god here we go, more index and railgun comparisons. Like we haven't had those in all of the Index episode discussions. "Railgun is better cuz Index is so annoyin blah blah" "Railgun is better cuz of religious shit blah blah blah" "Index is better cuz railgun is full of lesbians blah blah" |

I was so expecting the chick from the manga with the weird eyes and messy hair to be the culprit for some reason. Very disappointed in this but overall liked when I get past my disappointment |

Anyway, the episode was okay. I lol'd at the "Truth" part. I like how they're making full use of Misaka's electromagnetic powers by having her glide all over the place too. That said, I knew very early that it was an electromagnetic wave... and the eventual reveal of the culprit was quite weak. Decent OVA 7/10 |

Is this supposed to be a funny or clever way to get at me?? or the show??? You know the funny thing is that, Index SHOULD BE BETTER THAN RAILGUN, this shouldn't be a competition, remember Railgun is a Spinoff from Index. The fact that there are so many people divided is an sad reality that Index hasn't delivered on many aspects such as Character likability, Smooth storyline, and overall enjoyability. You know, I'm not an Index anime hater, how could I hate it, BiriBiri is on it, Kuroko is on it, Accelerator is on it, the great stories form those characters is what made me want to continue watching index II. HOWEVER, when the main female character is the WORST character in the whole series, you have problems, when the story structure is so discombobulated that many people get lost on what the plot even is.....you have problems. |

check said: Having lesbians in a Anime is a bad thing?Oh god here we go, more index and railgun comparisons. Like we haven't had those in all of the Index episode discussions. "Railgun is better cuz Index is so annoyin blah blah" "Railgun is better cuz of religious shit blah blah blah" "Index is better cuz railgun is full of lesbians blah blah" Only arguable point i can think of is that Religion is a touchy subject and there will always be some to argue about it. Other then that i agree with you that most people are just trying justify why they do like or do not like one of these Anime. And most of the people that did mention religion, just said there was to much religious shit but did not mention actual religious points that they disliked. In other words they where just short sighted or trying to provoke the people who did agree with the points mentioned. In the end both Anime are very similar and just look at things from a different perspective and from a different characters point of view. There both good Anime and the one that you think is better is just a mater of personal taste. |

It was great like the 9/10 said. Missed this series a lot and in fact the characters Uiharu, Saten, Misaka and Kuroko. I noticed not many paid attention to the parody of the Biribiri comic joke at the following part nor did anyone catch the playboy reference in the spoiler for me the railgun that blew the boat was the peak of all. The fan service was a plus in regards to a good view of Saten's body. Yes, Misaka was good to for the fan service problem is that Saten was not shown enough so it was better. |
