I can understand Miki's decision, she always tries to call Yuu and never receives an answer. Yuu should have at least told her that he would be on vacation a while so that she wouldn't get so worried. Or he could have sent letters... But I understand Yuu's dreams too...

WTH!!! I understand Miki's decision too, I really do because it truly is that physically and mentally exhausting maintaining a long distance relationship. What the f**k was I rooting for Miki & Yuu all the last 62 episodes for?!!! Ahh forgive me everyone it must the emotional roller coaster called Marmalade Boy I was riding today.

On to the next episode then...hehehe.

One of the top ten saddest episodes thus far (next to the meiko-satoshi-namura episode). <=*(

Seriously, Miki! Did you not learn anything from Meiko and Namura? True love means being able to overcome many obstacles that try to prevent you from finding happiness; it means having to sacrifice your happiness to ensure that the one you love can find happiness, and keeping hope, faith, and trust in the one you love even if time or distance may seperate you both.

I just think Miki made an irrational decision to end a relationship that has overcome so much pain and heart ache over such a stupid reason.

Yuu is hot. Get over it. There are going to be many girls who will try to steal him away from you, but you need to trust that noone can ever change the way he feels about you. (Lol, I know this is just an anime, but even fictional characters can piss me off sometimes XP)
Nevertheless, I still love them both and I know they'll find a way to get past this and reunite, hopefully sometime soon!

Yuu is 90% responsible for this (actually after his speech where he says maybe they should break up make that 98%). Why does Miki have to make all the phone calls? Why does he not talk to her more than once a week? Yuu you are going to do some suffering!
Please don't feed the trolls!

I was shocked as well that Miki was the one to call it off, I cried so hard when that happened... You could really sense Yuu's love and shock as well. Granted, it was a mutual case of them both being at fault... (I'd go more into this but that's more geared towards the other episodes after this, heh. But Yuu's consideration for Miki later on regarding Kei was good of him.)

I'm perhaps the only one here who thinks this is actually good. I've never really liked Yuu anyway. Good thing she didn't sleep with him, that would have made breaking up with him harder.

Argh! Yuu's communication problem really salt up the thing. He even said he didn't know how hard it was on her! So, he's gliding on with life and forgetting his responsibilities as a bf? Don't even get me started on Jinny

Sigh, well long distance is tough business especially with lack of means to talk frequently.

If Miki took back her words after few episodes and started missing Yuu, I know what I would be cooking tonight, a human life.

I've always preferred Miki over Yuu but I'm on Yuu side this time. Call once a week? That can be done but Miki seems to call EVERY SINGLE DAY! Day, night, whenever she have the chance so no, he is not obligated to talk with her when she didn't even decided when to call. They could have made a deal that every Saturday she would call so he can know when to answer but nope! Miki is too jealous and insecure that he might cheat on her.

"OMG? I heard someone say a female name! That gotta be the girl he is cheating on me!"

It could be Rebecca he was cheating on you. Or maybe Katie? No, I think it was Anna! Let's confine Yuu in a ALL boys school so Miki would never ever hear a girl name cause we all know how that would turn out. After all, he CAN'T hang out with girls unless he want to date them, right?

What I learned from this series is that if I'm in a relationship, I should trust the words of strangers I've never met before! Who cares about trust?

This show is a proud 3 out of 10!

Well, figured this would happen. On the positive side, the break up was for pretty sound reasons. Miki was definitely having a hard time with this long distance relationship; Yuu rarely being able to call, them being unable to see each other for a long time, and most importantly: Brian, Jinny, Michael, and Kei are all trying to ruin their relationship. All of that coupled with Miki's self doubt and Yuu's poor communication skills, it's only natural that that would have a negative impact on Miki's emotions.

I think the best line that sums up Miki's feelings was "If Yuu was really in his room naked, that would have shattered my heart beyond repair." Even if this one instance was cleared up, I can't imagine how many other situations Miki would have had to suffer through with the people around her constantly lying to her. I think that would break anyone down.

I also really appreciated Meiko this episode, she tried her hardest to make sure Miki and Yuu met up, constantly trying to get in touch with Yuu, and even going as far as lying about the plane ticket to buy them some time for Yuu to show up. She's a great friend and consistently shows her supporting role for Miki.

Yuu is just enjoying his life in America and doesn't even bother to inform anything or contact Miki from his side so this was bound to happen, Yuu deserved it.
