| the first part of the episode was hilarious !! When to start the Dance macabre that ''stupid'' someone appeared in the middle of a serious battle , when i stared at the monitor of my pc awaiting the long awaited battle 'tween those two!!! i must say that the kitchen part was excellent , I couldn't stop laughing seeing those two fighting with... cream?.... The 2nd part of the episode was just holy crap!! Ciel and Alois dueling like that , I didn't expect that kind of turning, also seeing Alois like that in the end betrayed by his butler I'm starting to feel sorry fro him even though I hated him in the 1st episode .... Claude's reaction to Ciel's blood... yummy>-< wanna see next and next and next episode!!! |

| That Hannah is so annoying, a feeble attempt to lure a male audience to watch the series. I wish the producers would reveal her 'secret' (angel, demon, whatever) already, so she would be removed from the series and we can move on with better episodes. |

| This is so weird.. the only reason why I can't really accept this, is because it's now a complete parallel world to the manga. In the manga, it's still unknown who killed his parents and sold Ciel off as a slave, and now it's just casually revealed it perhaps may or may not be Alois? The only problem I know have to 'enjoy' the show, is that in the back of my head, the manga has a completely different story going on. (i.e; the murder complot etc.) |
| I'm real glad the majority of the people discussing this episode were worrying over Alois~~ There's some haters-- but I've learned to ignore. (Haterz gon hate) I've got to admit, there was nothing I liked about Ciel when I first starting watching Kuroshitsuji. But over the time I got to finishing season one, I had come to pity him and he was, the main focus of the anime after all. However, I was rushing to finish the first season-- for Alois's sake, just to watch season two, where the two new characters step in. I loved how they got introduced in episode one (a bit speedy though) but overall, I was caught in Alois's web due to his beauty. //On a side note; not only that, it's just character design can mean a lot to a person. But after watching this episode-- I felt as if Alois wasn't responsible for anything at all. My heart fluttered with sadness looking at Alois cough up all that blood, what could he do to make his soul as 'demeaning' or 'pure' as Ciel's? Ugh, and I hate to have to look at the desire in Claude's eyes when he gets a taste of Ciel's blood, betrayal is real nasty. I started to dislike him after that disgusting stare on his face. I'm pretty sure Sebby's just in it for the soul too-- even though he said his eating days were 'over'. Just a hungry demon, huh Claude? Can't wait for episode 8-- even though the previews show his highness with eyes open-- I must see and hear Alois alive; - and on his two legs! ...Obey, that's what Claude didn't do...damn it Ciel. Just when I started to like you. I support the fact that Alois will somehow get through this mess and Ciel will come to some kind of 'sense'. Let it be, even if the rivalry deepens the anime's plot! Jeez - I wanna cry... but I won't. CONTINUE TO FIGHT ALOIS! DON'T LET THE KING AND HIS PAWN STOP YOU IN YOUR TRACKS~ I feel a bit weird how this anime get's to me though - it just being animation with story. But visual moves the soul, and so does a sad story. (Plus my sister doesn't really seem to take a liking to Alois, I hate her for that - what with her siding on the reckless side///) Curse that queen's dog and his so called 'pure' soul. -sob sob- |
| All this contracts between demons and their masters and pact between Claude and Sebastian are quite confusing, and it's clear to me that there's no happy ending for season 2. :( I bet that of them four, at least half will be dead at the end. Somehow, I doubt that it will be Ciel, because what's then the point of his "death" at the end of the 1st season, and his apperiance in 2nd?! :/ Well, I'm sure that I would like Claude dead xD |

Although I think I would've given up the manga if this was the plot. Seriously... it's just so freakin' unoriginal it hurts. Too exaggerated and unbelievable even for a show with demons and all this kinky stuff. Not that I have anything against the carachters (I even like Alois and Claude a bit) or the fabulous animation but the plot... IT'S KILLING ME. Gimme the next manga chapter, Toboso Yana! | Yeah, I don't have anything against Ciel either. It's just that, the second season kind of made me get bored of him. I was really looking forward to the second season and when I saw Ciel & Sebastian appear, I wasn't disappointed, but later on I kind of got annoyed by their prescence. It was always "Ciel this" and "Ciel that". The poor guy doesn't even know what the heck the demons are doing to him. He's being taken advantage of. Everybody wants Ciel because he has a pure soul and he's like the ULTIMATE prize, While Alois is left alone and betrayed by his own butler who was supposed to always stay by his side. What happened to being a loyal servant? Whatever happened to when Claude told Alois, "I will always be by your side." TT_____TT liar liar liarrr |

| Well, after reading many posts I decided finally take part in the discussion. And at the beginning I should say that I decided to watch Kuroshitsuji II was because I heard that Ciel and Sebastian appeared. I didn’t want to watch it if it was about Alois and Claude only so sorry if I am biased about the pair from the first season. ^^ I thought that maybe I would watch it when it ended but not with much enthusiasm. Oh and I must say I do not like Alois. Not hate but I just dislike him. He is the kind of character that I don’t like, with his mood swings and all. Please no bashing and saying how I cannot like him because it will make me really mad. :< I definitely like Ciel better, or at least Ciel from 1st season. Really what they are doing now to him is unbelievable. I must admit I like this Ciel less than from the last season. And seriously, this is turning into harem with Ciel in the centre . I mean, Sebastian and Alois wants him, and now Claude? Come on… This is getting ridiculous with all the fanservice. I liked the fanservice in the first season and it was enough for me. Now it is not even funny anymore… I even didn’t mind the Hannah fanservice at the beginning but now… No comment… Even without this my brother watched the first season and he didn’t even seem to see shounen-ai hints… And liked it. Even though I do not exactly like new master and butler I think they are interesting opponents for Ciel and Sebastian. But the plot is getting more and more weirder. Let’s see where it will go… As for Alois and Claude on this episode: I felt bad for Alois even if I don’t like him. I thought Claude, even if he is not that interested (he always seems so emotionless) in him. o.O And it is rather sad because it s almost obvious that Alois isn’t behind killing Ciel’s parents, so him getting hurt and stabbed is like unfair. Well, this post is rather long… I just wanted to state my opinion about this season and characters. I think I said everything I wanted to say… And I do not mean to cause a fight with Alois’ lovers so please, no bad comments… I just want constructive and polite discussion. ^_^ |

I wouldn't bash on your opinion, because sometimes it isn't even wroth arguing over. If you don't like him that much, so be it. I'm not going to force Alois to be liked by you, however, I'm glad that you at least felt bad for him. |
| This episode was ridiculous. In fact, this whole season seems to be a mindfuck fest with lots of fanservice to cover the non-existing purpose. I really would like to point out what I liked about it but unfortunately, there is nothing. It's kind of sad to see the whole first season and original story go down the gutter because of failures such as this. I guess curiosity keeps me going. I can't even imagine how this is going to end. |

| Best episode of the season. Hands down. I feel terrible for Alois though, he was bleeding and crying for help, while Claude just looked down at him. I really pity him, and also wonder why he made a deal with a demon. I'm guessing we'll find that out in the next episode, though. But being able to see Ciel want to take revenge with his own two hands was nice, something that didn't ever really happen in the first season. It was always "Sebastian, kill him." This time though, it was, "Sebastian, stay away until I've killed him." And from the faster paced episodes, I'm assuming that this is only going to be a 13 episode season? Makes me slightly sad, since I'm enjoying this season more than I did the first. |

Though he is an interesting character, especially since he isn't who we thought he was and all. Though it was hinted in the first episode that he might not be real Alois... They were with even more fanservice. But I didn't start watching this anime for this. I hoped it would be similar to the previous season, that's all. I am wondering also if the heir of Trancy Household had anything to do with the murder.
