| Lucy Heartfilia She was one of my fave characters straight from the beginning because I like her strong, independent personality. I like that she has a smart and confident mind as well as being able to stay logical when her companions aren't. Despite having to rely on the others for protection quite often, she isn't so meak or obvious about it in a wimpy way and doesn't give off the feeling that she actually needs the constant protection. She is a strong person and has the potential to be pretty powerful, which has been shown a number of times. |

| Laxus He's amazingly powerful, and even got a Dragon's Breath. Plus, there needs to be two strong Dragon slayers combined to beat him, and even with 2 DS, it's about 50-100 % chance. And I really liked Laxus's "evil" personality heheheh~ |

| Erza Scarlet I fell inlove with her magic when I started reading and watching Fairy Tail. I like her determination, leadership, semi-manliness and loyalty. I also love how she switches into armors and weapons, makes me scream like crazy. It makes me sad when there are some chapters/episodes that Erza isn't around. But meh, as long as she won't die I'll be rest assured! X3 |

| Levy Though not shown much, he magic is amazing! I love her happy personality as well as her vast knowledge of languages. She's also really, really cute~! Loke I fell in love with him after her arc because it showed his "real" side. His powers are amazing and his dedication to Lucy is so sweet! <3 Gajeel ..He funny and great. I love his Steal magic. He may look scary, but he's obviously not that bad inside.. especially when spazzing. XD <3 |

| I have a few favorite characters, but my top favorite one is Erza Scarlet. She's not only physically tought, but during the series as gotten emotionally tough, too. I love how she doesn't give up, and even on those times when she felt like giving up, or almost does, she still pulls through thanks to her friends and her own internal strenght. I also love how she deeply cares for her friends and fellow guild mages and does everything she can, even risk her life, to help/save them. I totally respect and love Erza <3 |

| Gajeel! :D Firstly, he's weird and meanie, but later when he joined the FT, he became more funny and he cared people from FT. I find his iron magic awesome. In the manga I love all those moments from Gajeel and Erza Her armours and weapons are just badass. She's different than those typical anime girls who can do nothing but cry. She's very strong and can be scary. Poor Natsu and Gray XD |
| yay for keeping this group alive~ for me place 1 goes to Juvia. i love both of her sides, the strong and sad women with a gloomy face, the "rain women". and even more i like the little, shy, gray-stalking girl in her. the scenes with her and gray always crack me up! especially battle was so full of those moments, its one of my favorite battles x3 place 2: Loke! my favorite guy since he is just so awesome! he is Lucy's probably strongest spirit, he often comes to her help and he openly flirts with her xD also his past with Aries and Karen was so tragic =/ place 3: Mirajane! split personality again. already loved her when she was only this innocent girl, waving while smiling like she didnt care about anything. turns out she was actually badass enough to be erza's rival! and S-Class mage too! <3 find it funny that she still hasnt changed back to her old personality, she stays carefree even after getting her old powers back! |

| Laxus Dreyar: My favourite character by far. Overpowered badass who uses my favourite element; LIGHTNING. Not to mention he can use Hand to Hand combat, Dragon Slayer magic and Fairy Law. He has a burning passion to grow stronger and surpass his own limits and will do whatever it takes and destroy even his own family to achieve his goals. However, he soon realizes that the people around him really care for him and need his support, and he also came to grow fond of them. He respects his Grandpa and truly loves him, when he's not blinded with rage. He realizes the importance of his existance and swears to amend his past sins by protecting those same "weaker people" that he was trying to eliminate from the guild in the first place. He better make a complete comback, I really hope he becomes the next Guild Master. He has the potential. Jellal: He would have to be the next best character. Heavenly magic is epic, especially Meteor and Altheris. He can also cast Abyss Break in less than 5 seconds. I like how his personality was when he was in his possessed state. I like this guy's pairing with Erza and the fact that he lost his memories isn't so bad either. He has a lot of time to redeem himself and grow as a character, especially when he's free from Jail and joins Fairy Tail. (hoping ^^) Also, the fact that his design and magic is basically the same as Sieg Hart from Rave is a bonus. That guy was amazing, Jellal better live upto Sieg's expectations. |

| I like a lot of FT characters like Lucy, Levy, Mistgun, Natsu, and Laxus. But my favorite one has to be Erza Scarlet, because she is cool, calm, strong-headed, and has a strong will to not give up and protect her friends. Her ex-quipping magic is amazing and with her nickname Titania, she is so great. My favorite part so far is when she takes on the 100 monsters in Pandemonium. It was quite emotional, I was pretty much feeling like Doranbolt after reading that chapter. ;-) ^_^ My close second favorite mage is Laxus Dreyar because he is cool, fast and uses Lightning magic which is my joint favorite element with Wind magic. I think Laxus will become the next Fairy Tail Master because he has learnt a lot over these past few years. Having seen that his Fairy Law failed because deep in his heart he cared for everyone and it really hurt him when the name of Fairy Tail was being dissed. He wanted the guild to be strong and looked up to but now he understands that Fairy Tail is not just a guild only in name but with everyone in it. My third favorite character is Jellal as his magic is awesome and his character is based off my favorite character is Rave Master, Sieg Hart. Pity Hiro didn't let him beat Jura and let him lose in a humiliating way. |

| I'll be picking a lot!!!!! :D 1. ERZA SCARLET simple because she's titania and she's sugoi and kakkoi! she's so strong, caring, sweet and beautiful. she also has a funny side. she's perfect! 2. LAXUS DREYAR he always looks cool and i love how the three member of the raijinshu (think i got the wrong spelling) adore, praise and support him a lot. he also got quite of the looks and i love his lightning scar on his face and how he rarely wear his fluffy-looking coat! another s-class mage! 3. JELLAL FERNANDES other than being an a member of the ten wizard saints, he's incredibly handsome and fit! he and erza are soooooo compatible with each other and i love how their love story goes. i like him a lot, specially his tattoo on his face that never looked awkward to me. he's actually sweet and caring. 4. STING EUCLIFFE my newest favorite mage (sorry if he doesnt belong to the fairy tail guild) cause he's so HANDSOME and CUTE and AWESOME and STRONG (too bad natsu's stronger than him, well natsu's the strongest, what can i expect) i love his outfit and how he and lecter have this bond that is very very sweet. 5. GILDARTS cause he's STRRRRRRRRRRRRONG. he can crush anything with a flick! 6. FLARE CORONA another non-fairy tail member. i do not know but i love her, except for her power. i love that creepy face she own, i love how she looks! if only mashima made her as strong as minerva, kagura and erza.. |
| It is a very hard question that you ask, but I am excited to answer ^.^ I don't think I can only do one...May I do three? I will give short explanations. (Not in order of which I like best, but these are my top 3, all equal) 1. Erza Scarlet :D Well she is very amazing in a lot of ways. Her personality is strong, strict, serious but mostly, she is just and inspiring. She knows just what to say and is very fierce and warm. She is a beautiful leader. 2. Gray Fullbuster He has a really tragic past, which makes me sad but at the same time it makes me happy that he is able to overcome it and still love and be strong, that is hard for people to do. He isn't the strongest but he has so much love and emotions in him it made him twice as strong as he used to be, so much he beat Ultear who is super strong. He has a strong sense of duty and is calm and just I love him. Oh and he's cute :D 3. Mirajane Strauss I ADORE HER. If I could be a mage it would be her, she is so nice and welcoming. She is very kind, gentle but at the same time, she is strong when she has to be- she has BADASS magic. If she had trained more and not stopped fighting for so long, she would be even stronger, and already she is so epic and powerful. So not only is she nice and warm and easy to be around, she is tough! Also I was going to list Natsu, but because in real life everyone says I am like him (only a girl), it just didn't feel right. My fourth and fifth would be Wendy Marvell and Loke. Then Juvia. |

| I have a few favorites, but my top two are Mirajane and Lucy. Lucy because she is such a fantastic lead- In all honesty, regardless of FT's overall quality (I love it but it's not an amazing series), I think Lucy is one of the best female leads in anime, and for some reason a lot of people don't see it. She gets SO MUCH character development throughout the series and is really a magnificent portrayal of a 17 year old girl as well as a girl from her situation. She is lady-like when need be, but she's also defiant due to having an overbearing father as well as being spoiled to an extent. She's haughty and a little bit annoying and full of herself, but beneath it all she's got a heart of gold and all of this is portrayed so beautifully. She's also just an incredibly empowering female- Fanservice or not. That scene were she stands up to her dad is just amazing, as is the way she stands up to all her opponents. Mirajane because she's a beautiful portrayal of a single working mother who does what she can to support herself and her children (siblings in this case). No, she's not actually a mother, but I think she represents single mothers that have to become strippers or waitresses just to get by. Her situation is much more toned down, as she's only a swimsuit model and a waitress, but I feel like she is meant to touch upon the idea that modeling, or being a stripper, or anything like that 1. Does not make you a slut and 2. Does not mean you are 'asking for it'. She is still portrayed as sweet and moral and NOT as a slut at ALL, which I absolutely love. As a super duper awesome added bonus, she can kick pretty much anyone's ass if she should so desire to. I also love Laxus, but for less profound reasons than Mira and Lucy. He's just hot, and blonde, and mmm that tattoo on his bare chest. I hated him at first, but during the Grand Magic Games I started to look at him differently and I just love him now. Ichiya is another character I love. He's stupid as hell, but he makes me laugh every time he comes on screen. I don't know why, he just DOES. I love Wendy because I feel like she's a good role model for young girls. She goes through some really nice character development and is just a tough little cookie while still being sweet and innocent. Lisanna is a wonderful portrayal of a tragic heroine. And the last one I will mention, lest i make this too long (truth be told I love EVERY character in FT except Chelia and some of the demons and other villains), is Risley Law. She's such a minor character, but God does she deliver a powerful, awesome message. She's also not drawn in a way that makes her out to be hideous- She's chubby, but she's actually rather cute and attractive. Another thing I loved is that when she entered the arena for the first time, the entire crowd cheered her on and called her beautiful while she was in chubby form. That right there. That is some fantastic progressive stuff on Mashima's part. In general, she's got a fun personality as well. |
