| No, you aren't. They get away simply by virtue of no one flagging their videos. The worst that can happen is likely that you lose your account or something. But it is possible (not plausible, but possible) that you will be sued by the copyright holders, something that can result in a rather hefty fine - and even if not, an expensive lawyer cost. |

| I think it's hilarious how one of the best advertisement tools I've ever seen is being destroyed. I've bought so much music that I learned about over youtube. I bought merchandise, movies, music, and all that kind of stuff, probably only because of the copyright infringement that used to go unchecked on youtube. |
