| It's for men except I've seen quite a few childrens anime that have a character with oversized boobs, Gurenda from Puchi Puri Yuushi for example is practically an overdeveloped loli, no real 10 year old would have boobs and definitely not boobs of a 15-18 year old and yes they sometimes bounce in the anime. |
