| Wow, this was probably the strongest start so far. I would say Calamity is going to die, but I was wrong in the previous arc, so who knows. Also, I didn't even notice the 2D animation until someone pointed it out. I can't tell if I am stupid or the show is just that good. |

Seriously, a new fucking arc again?
Does the writer and director have ADD or something? Finish one arc before starting 20 other. You never get a good resolution, they just keep doing 2 episode specials on their "heroes". Most of the shit in these episodes could be introduced in a short flashback (5 min max) in any episode, it doesn't require whole episode or two dedicated to it.
I'm sure they are leading up to the first one back again and will try to tie the whole story back to the first Nice guy. But it's getting painful sitting through one generic hero after another. Still, it isn't as bad as My Hero Academia at-least.

| @foxsurprise So instead of one or two well done characters, we have 10 half-baked characters. Meh, at-least the heroes and villains in this show have more of a personality than most characters in My Hero Academia, so I guess just enjoy it for what it is. |

| @Goukenslay eh, people already told you about the link click thing, but haoling also directed a lot of stuff for league of legends. the - arguably - best and, by then, longest cinematic (the yasuo/yone 'kin of the stained blade) is made by haoliners, and he had actually already worked with hiroyuki sawano on the star guardians music video (where they also had experimented with the 3d animation). so, he kinda is a big deal, maybe just not exactly on your radar. |

| i wonder if cyan's already dead because we have never seen her in 3D. or if maybe the avatar we get from her in shows isn't just that, an avatar - kinda like hatsune miku - and not really her. i don't know, this series just seems like too well thought for that not to mean anything in the end. i really liked the episode and she seems to be an interesting one, but seeing the reception here, maybe i'm not the target audience for this anyway. |

| New character arc and it looks good |
| This show really got you questioning every character's morality. Really love it when they escaped from the church. The best couple so far. Judging from the way the previous arcs ended, I can't help but think that the boy isn't going to survive. |

| This episode had the best pacing and writing so far. My pet peeve for the 2nd arc was the focus on weaker, less interesting subplots & relations. So far, I'm satisfied with the direction of the 3rd arc. The continuity of a side character from the previous arc becoming a main character in the next arc, while the stories go back in time, is a great narrative structure. |
| Just bracing for the possibility that while these individual hero stories are nicely leading into each other, we might not get the closure we might want for each arc. I guess E-Soul's ended conclusively enough although I still have questions regarding how all that came to be. But I wish they will go back to address why E-Soul flatlined Moon, I don't see any reason for her having to die. Lin Ling's secret was out, it's not like they had to actually kill her to keep said secret. Anyway, I'm sure they'll cook up something to tie it all together neatly. Now back to the actual episode: This one seems to be a bit more clear cut and dry. The reporter's brother, the dean of the orphanage, probably has mad connections and probably orchestrated the plane crash to get Cyan, whom he somehow knew of her luck ability beforehand. He then managed to, behind the scenes, get his brother to sneak in and investigate the wreckage, thus finding Cyan. And since they are brothers and since he has a freaking orphanage, where better place for the reporter guy to bring Cyan to. And now while the dean may have initially seem like a nice guy, giving that nanny an earful for monetizing her ability, he wanted to utilize her all along. Turned the whole place into a weird ass where Cyan would sing for everybody and shit. Now as for the "unlucky" kid, idk if the dean took him in specifically because of the things that happened because of him, or if he genuinely didn't care and just brought him in as any other kid. Whatever the case, unlucky kid was the one to help Cyan finally break out of the shell that the orphanage put on her and become free. The dean probably did not have that planned- or maybe he did? Maybe there's some Rock-level manipulation and grooming going on here too, who knows. The episode ends as the two are blocked off in their escape, with the reveal that the dean has powers of his own. We know Cyan lives of course since she's one of the main characters, but man I hope unlucky guy makes it out alive. But if we're judging by the pattern, a good guy has to die in each arc. ;( |

| Cyan and the boy are cute together. She just wants to be a normal person and the boy helps her but the principal is not going to let them ruin everything that he had built til now. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the principal has some superpowers. |
