| Tbh, Alicia's resurrection scene is quite disgusting, lol. i can hear the sound of bones cracking and the body regenerating. I don't understand with demon blood, so when Alicia dies while losing a lot of demon blood, can she really die completely? Alicia with an eyepatch? That's really ugly. The reason Neruru refuses to care for Luna is that the bandits will continue to chase those who leave. For some reason, every time I see Neruru, my heart feels torn. Bad things always happen to Neruru. From the beginning, I didn't believe that Neruru would be eaten by a troll. What is Alicia's plan to sink and hide in the barrel? Is it for the legendary sword? |

| Lesson for Clen in this episode: "Magic" Magic as something newly discovered is an interesting concept, limitless potential and boundless unknowns. Clen sure is pissed off Alicia didn't tell him that Magic exists, but I doubt she has extensive knowledge about it.  |
| Alicia's "healing" is as brutal as it is painful. She's hardcore for fighting immediately after going through all that pain, even if Clevatess commanded it. Vroko having Betty eat Nell shows what a depraved guy he is. Even after she got spat up, she was still partially digested. This anime definitely isn't playing nice with its cast! The ending of this episode offered a bit of satisfaction with those bandits getting eaten. Alicia suffocating in that barrel repeatedly to grab that Hero's sword once again proves she's the real deal. |

| Alicia came back but that looked painful. Also why were they having a q&a in that situation lol. Alicia's quite smart on top of being strong, she navigated the situation very well. Nelu got eaten but barely alive. Clevatess will give her ichor too. Also again the flashback visuals were a bit blurry so it's intentional. |

| Damn, I kind of hoped Neruru would escape her fate. Alicia on the other hand is such a badass but Cleavatess's healing is no gentle thing. I kind of wonder if she will go insane from the pain of his healing before the season ends. |
| Great episode, from Alicia picking up all her bones, with a distinctive sound, to the way she slaughtered a dozen bandits and fed the rest to the monster, and at the same time went to get magic sword. |

| The associated effects of pain from the regeneration reminded me of the recovery magic-induced pain in Dungeon Meshi. Even if you can be healed 100% as good as to new, perfectly and identically back to your original pre-injury state, you'll still feel every bone, muscle, tendon, and nerve connecting in a raw manner. If this form of magic existed in our world, I could see it being like this. You can still never acquire something for nothing. Everything has a cost associated in some form. In this case, the cost is the excruciating pain. It may only even last seconds or minutes, but psychologically, the recreation in the mind of the exact sensation, the memory of said excruciating pain, can last for the rest of your life and make you sick to think about (as anyone who has ever had a serious illness or injury can attest). I still get nauseous and feel my breath taken away when I think about some particularly torturous and shockingly intense pain in the past. |
| Yea still comfortably AOTS, another banger episode that completely defies expectations. No way they actually let Nell get eaten 😭 I love that we got an explanation as to how Alicia’s immortality works. The fact Clevatess can talk to her while she regens is cool, but the most interesting part of that sequence is how he yearns for human understanding. He might pretend to look down on humans, but he is immensely curious about the human soul and mind. Nell rejecting him really stuck with him, Alicia teaching him the context of that rejection is cool. Also appreciate the author walking us through why Clevatess himself doesn’t just take out the bandits and why he got captured in the first place. Letting everyone know his home is defenceless would be a bad strategy tbh so I get that. Clears the way for Alicia to be the party’s main dps. You can also tell how much clevatess respects Alicia as the only human to ever harm him. That scene of Alicia’s body regenning was so fucking horrifying omg. The sound effects of her bones snapping back in place.. 🤢 we also just got a scene like that in the superman movie a few days ago so that’s kinda funny lol Vroko is so cartoonishly evil man I need him to die in the most painful way imaginable. Nell has been through a lifetime of pain, she did NOT deserve to be eaten by a fucking troll just for having thoughts of the outside world? I just knew Clevatess would get there in time to save her.. day ruined. Can’t wait to see all these fuckers die next week, Clevatess better be able to save her with some sort of magic since they introduced that concept today 😢 Alicia presumably fighting the sea monster next week should be dope! |

I don't quite understand Clevatess's power.. did he "give" some of himself (blood) to Alicia to keep her alive? so that's why he can't save Neru after she got split out and half dead? and he can't really fight back because he's in his "human" form or because half of him is in Alicia? I keep thinking he can easily kill those bandits but so far not the case, everyone included Alicia is struggling, and I wonder how Clevatess gonna defeat that monster and the bastard

TBH only way they could underpower him, else every episode would be a cakewalk with him just instantly killing every enemy that tries to come after them. Anyway, not sure why these demons or whatever would even stay in their realms and not just invade and wipe out all humans if it's so easy for them to destroy kingdoms. I am expecting them to explain this to us else it seems silly that only one of them decided to attack humans after thousands of years. Also, I waited for three episodes to air before watching this, but as I suspected, it's better to just wait and watch all of them in one go. I'll wait for the whole series to finish airing before watching any further. Don't care to watch episode by episode every week or so, I find it annoying. |

I guess that condition is kind of literal, she has scars because the original skin there is gone and won't come back, her eye was probably beyond repair too. I think it's possible she had those bits ripped it out with whatever attack Clevatess butchered her with. This immortality is starting to have a lot of downsides lol, this new condition + active healing sapping her stamina, blood also seems to be a key and if it's gone or beyond reach Clevatess can't force it back into her body. Oh and she feels all the pain... |

| Great episode. I love how the story unfolds in this anime. Alicia is strong and now immortal, but she has limits and conditions, and I like that her power isn't exaggerated just because of her immortality. She still feels the intense pain of regeneration, which makes her resilience even more fascinating, and she continues to use her wits rather than jumping into danger and just waiting to regenerate. On the other hand, Clevatess is incredibly powerful, but he stays out of the direct action because he's following a set plan. His top priority is to raise Luna while keeping her true identity hidden. Despite his long life and immense strength, he still doesn't know everything, and he's not “broken” just because the plot says so. But seriously... I need to see him destroy everyone after what happened to Ner. I also hope he brings her back to life. |

| I went from being a bit too critical of Alicia the previous episode to liking her quite a bit, its one thing being enslaved into an undead body but its honestly impressive to then use said body to your advantage, also find it interesting how much that childish body is a liability to Clevatess, I wonder if a well timed jumping could mean curtains for him, and Christ poor Neru all she wanted was to feed the babies and because she dared to dream she had to endure yet another mauling. Carme is an interesting case, at first due in part to the direction I thought she might be somewhat caring towards her fellow female slaves, and thought she'd take solace and bond with Neruru, but the moment she hears the latter has been offered a chance to escape she crashes out, that's rat behavior ngl, she's got the worst character trope. |

| Great ep The way Alicia was able to resurrect was definitely not uncommon, but weird and I didn't expect Klen's Clevatess form to appear mini. Ngl, I can't mess with the blondie friend of Nell no more, I can't tell when she'll just randomly switch up. I was really hoping Klen would make it before Betty killed Nell, but he didn't, brutal way of going out. Daan, Klen really is weak in this human form, how will he survive without revealing himself? Alicia cooking up all the bandits. Hope she can get the regalia with this opportunity that she has created for herself, destroying the bridge and hiding in a barrel. 9.5/10 |

| As if she hadn't already had a lifetime of pain, Nell just had to be suffering in her final moments too. Bless her heart, man. And Alicia's too, that resurrection process looked absolutely brutal. Watching the bandits feed the fish a bit more personally than usual felt validating as hell. |

| @Sheol01 She started the fight with two good beautiful blue eyes (still there at 11:12 EP1 when making her final attack), and had it damaged at the end of the fight (11:26), as she flung back, losing her leg, you can see her eye scratched and bleeding, but not gouged out (11:40). Most of it was still there. Clevatess had no problem reattaching her (not cleanly, but ragged) severed leg. Why did not the mostly still there eye heal? She acquires an eye patch, this episode, from one of the bandits. |

| @pixelante That would be rather unusual. When they got her for Hyouka for instance she voiced 3 minor characters. And here it's already like confirmed that her role won't be merely small one. Then again, they got someone like Shigeru Shiba to voice Vroko who will probably be a goner by the next episode. |
