| Oh... so, this series is kind of like Kokoro Connect. Now I get it why all the recommendations. I like it when there's a good underlying romance between the arcs, but I just don't get what all the fuss is about, here. |
| My favorite scene was probably when she put him to sleep and was petting him.... I understood the subtle context and also could understand the reasoning behind her motive. He didn't want to lose her, and she couldn't bear to watch him suffer like that. It was wonderful to see how it all panned out. |

| After Lain, this is the swcond time I encountered Bishop Berkeley's ideas though dressed in the scientific concept called Schrödinger's cat. It would be interesting to see more of this. Next episode would be on 'Laplace's demon.' Anyway, earlier I suffered second-hand embarassment for Sakuta. Doing such in real would be unthinkable. Like Bakemonogatari, this also functions as a social critique. Japan, being a collectivist society, values conformity and being part of a hierarchy and it's a faux pas to try to stand out. Standing out invites rejection. |

| I expected to maybe get emotional for the second time this day and here I am having to suffer second-hand embarrassment. Had to pause the episode and come back an hour later after doing some preparations. |

| Sakuta staying awake like that in an effort to not forget Mai was really rough to watch. Even she couldn't stand to watch him sacrifice himself like that and forced him to sleep herself. Things were looking grim, but the all or nothing public confession worked and Mai is visible again. I was too proud of Sakuta for doing that to feel second hand embarrassment. I'm quite endeared to this duo!!! |

| Definitely one of the greatest Anime Confession scene, the entire buildup and the non stop screaming and telling everyone how much sakuta love mai-san with his lung out is no mere feat any romance mc could pull out. Sakuta definitely have the heart of iron and the balls of steel lol. The fact he was awake for several days just for the sake of not forgetting mai-san has already been proven that he is in fact the right "man" for our heroine senpai sakurajima mai. Now we wait for them to share their first passionate kiss(^o^) |

| So sweet with Sakuta fighting to stay awake so he didn't forget, then forgetting and regaining her memory, incredibly well done. |
| In just three episodes we’ve already reached the end of Mai’s arc, I wanna say it was fast but it really didn’t feel like it, even if it got more episodes then it would have just been dragging it out, like I’m not sure what else could happen besides just more of people forgetting Mai lol, so I think it was well paced. And this final episode man, it’s chef’s kiss, they took what was easy to see coming and made it into something really special, like I know I’m rewatching, but I think it’s pretty telegraphed that Sakuta will eventually forget Mai, it’s just the natural progression of things, but the way it was done was so good, like Mai herself being the one to drug Sakuta into sleeping was wild. But things turn around quickly thanks to the preparations made by Sakuta and Futaba, their combined efforts along with Sakuta’s love of Mai brought her back into the eyes of the world (I worked in that Grateful Dead reference beautifully lol), yeah the confession is a bit cheesy but I love what it means for the story and the message it’s conveying, our boy fought against the atmosphere and won, suffering embarrassment was the least of his concerns lol. The romance here was good too, it makes me really happy for Sakuta and Mai, but this does raise one problem, being that any future girl won’t have a snowflake’s chance in hell in winning any kind of love war lol, I can’t remember exactly how the romance with the other girls goes but yeah that’s what I’m thinking rn, I could be wrong tho, someone could come along and really challenge what Mai and Sakuta have at some point. Quite the banger arc to start the show off with, next up is Tomoe, I remember her being my best girl and liking her arc quite a bit so I’m excited to see it again. Oh, and also, boy do I love the ED visuals paired with the song, it’s just one minute long but so perfect for coming off episodes, the fact it changes for each arc is great too. |
| I honestly don't know which I have more of—respect for Sakuta for the move he pulled to bring Mai back to the world once and for all, or the second-hand embarrassment I'm on the verge of dying of for how he did it. An opening arc as strong as our leads' chemistry. I'm legit in awe. |

| What an absolute chad.Formulating a plan right after remembering her ,under duress and playing by the rules of the system to Uno reverse it .Two birds in one stone.The confession, for declaring his affection and primarily, to let her existence seep into everyone's conscience.She ain't a Schrodingers cat no more.Wonder what changes had this impacted to the outside world 10/10 |
