| Very cute beginning of the episode, they really make it so their moms look basically exactly like their children. Norn flipping the bird and it being censored LOL  We also finally got the Tamamo Cross meme face from the manga in this episode.  Her poor trainer though, panicking throughout the whole race because she's deciding to not run like a closer and more like a front runner.  Interesting that we're already getting episode 13 next week but it's the conclusion to the cliffhander for the Fall Tenno Sho race. Since this is a 2 cour season, when does the 2nd cour usually begin? |

| Look at smol Tamamo Cross is, and look how far she's come today... The G1 Fall Tennosho where the elite will be chosen out of a mere 2,000 horsegirls, this is Oguri Cap's first G1, and against the veterans like the Blue Lightning of Tamamo Cross and those from the Mainichi Okan, there is no room for error to try and depict her strategy. It's history in the making for either horsegirl, as the 2,000m-long race will depict who's to win and who's to lose. With Tamamo Cross breaking expectations to lead the pack one hair breadth behind, it's definitely not everyone expected her to perform, not even her trainer Komiyama. It's defintely her own psychological gut instinct telling her to step one game up, and Oguri Cap can only wait in the middle of the pack for her critical move. Still, with all the pressure behind Tamamo Cross, she only needs to look forward, while everyone does the opposite to play catch up to Front Runner leading the pack all of the way. With Musaka finally knowing what Tamamo Cross is made of, it's the final spurt of the Tennosho to show who has clear brute strength. Who will win this critical G1 race? |

| What a cliffhanger, and next week is last ep... gonna miss waking up to a Cingray Sunday :( Tamamo Cross completely flipping her running style on the fly and keeping up with both the physical and mental pressure demonstrates her power. Kinda want to see her win lol. Lord Royal was unexpectedly cool, frontrunning the entire length vs some absolute demons can't be understated. It's a shame that she seems to be a Cingray only character so we won't be seeing her in global... I love her expression here.  |
| Bro ain't noway they just ended the episode there, it's criminal. Small Cross is adorable but so is Oguri. Tamamo Cross changed her style but Oguri stayed true to hers. Which will lead to the desirable outcome is something we'll see next week. |

| Smol Tamamo Cross at the beginning was adorable during her short flashback segment. It was a wholesome moment in an otherwise tense and exciting episode focusing on the fall Tenno Sho. The fact that she switched her style of racing was a surprise, especially to her trainer, whose brain had a meltdown that had me chuckling away. Either way, her strategy seemed to have paid off as she kept up a strong pace until making her way past Lord Royal for 1st place with only the final stretch of the race to go. With Oguri Cap now making her burst towards the front pack, this was where the episode sadly ended. A brutal cliffhanger for sure, but it does skyrocket the hype to the conclusion for this race in the next episode. As much as I want Oguri Cap to win, I see this race going to the absolute wire between her and Tamamo Cross. May the best horse girl win... |

| Yeah I had a feeling we were getting cliffhangered on the winner of this race, with the pacing of the race and next week being the finale, I could see it coming, but still a banger episode tho. This race has proved itself to be a very intense one due to things like Tamamo Cross changing up her racing style and feeling the pressure behind her, or wondering when Oguri will make her move because there was a pretty good stretch near the end where we didn’t see her at all. And then of course there’s Lord Royal thinking she’s hot shit, I respect her ability to be a front runner in a race with such juggernauts of the horse girl world, and her confidence that she can win using this strategy, but you could tell from the moment she talked about a secret strategy that she would not be winning this race lol, but once again mad respect to her. It was also funny seeing Komiyama losing her shit throughout the race, as if Roppei spooking her wasn’t enough lol, but despite what the trainers are feeling, it’s looking like the winner could be Tamamo Cross or Oguri rn, the finale of this cour next week will be a wild one that’s for sure, I’m really gonna miss my Uma Sundays. |

| Definitely the most exciting race seen during the entire narrative arc of the anime series, in which anxiety, strategy and personal reasons of the various characters have all converged in one place, that is, today's horse race. Superb! I can't wait to see how this challenge between titans ends, even if I know that I will miss the horse girls again. |

| Probably the longest race in terms of screentime but that's to be expected because we have our two ashen stars, Oguri Cap and Tamamo Cross facing off against each other for the first time. Can't tell if Oguri's beastlike strength will carry her to the win or Tamamo's experience and overcoming of her fear of the pack bring her the win. Either way will be historic feats for both characters who I can't help but root for both of them! |

@Ambeon and Keiba heads like me already got spoiled by the result, so I drop ep12 before the race start and continue when ep13 is aired
| Yeah, I guess that's the double edged sword about the series. It's remarkable they can tell historical events accurately through the series, but at the same time If you're already into horse racing you basically spoiled the series. |
