| The LOTGH remake https://myanimelist.net/anime/31433/Ginga_Eiyuu_Densetsu_Die_Neue_These_-_Kaikou it got me into the franchise and made me pick up the OG anime which I'm slowly watching overall it is very good anime with plenty of amazing characters along with amazing animation. Death Note, I feel more its been receiving more disrespect in recent years. Food wars. I think its a spectacular show and if don't mind a lot of fan service I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I also have some manga that I'll always love and one of those is FirePunch. I feel many people dislike or hate on it because there's a lot of extreme stuff that many people can handle in the opening chapters and its honestly really disappointing as I would say its Fujimotos best work (Yes even better than Chainsaw man) Then there's my favourite manga of all time The Climber (Kokou no Hito) which I forever cherish and hold dear to my heart. In my eyes its perfect. |

| AIKa is easily my #1 simp anime, no fucking contest although now Mato Seihei no Slave has me simping almost as hard, not because i like the series as much as AIKa... like i said, i don't... but i like the concept almost as much and the girls about the same |

| If I had to choose a series that I hold very dear and wouldn't want anyone to belittle, it would be Gintama! Truly a masterpiece that is mix of everything with comedy, action, and heartfelt moments its a league of its own. It's easy for y'all to see why i am die-hard fan of Gintama . The series has a dedicated following on anime community and also it's unforgettable characters |
| I was thinking hardcore fan meant knowing a lot about the series and collecting merch tied to it, which I would tentatively apply to Studio Ghibli movies and "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure" in my case, but then again, the "won't want others to belittle" criteria wouldn't apply since I'm open to criticism or don't care about it when it comes to them. Not every Ghibli movie is a masterpiece and JJBA isn't for everyone. Guess I'll go with "Chainsaw Man" since that series has a lot of merit that I would defend it for. |

I'm a hardcore fan of Attack on Titan. Nothing in AOT feels out of place, everything serves a purpose. These themes are intricately woven into the characters, plot, and power system, crafting a philosophical narrative that offers real-world insights into human nature and society. For me, Attack on Titan truly sets a new standard in storytelling. |

| Mobile Suit Gundam; Mostly the Universal Century works and other stuff by Yoshiyuki Tomino who is like the best anime director off all time (fight me!) Following that the Leijiverse is very good; Space Pirate Captain Harlock, Space Battleship Yamato and Galaxy Express 999 (Its a great shared universe and has some of the most memorable characters ever!) and Dragon Ball (Still working my way through this one, currently on the Namek Arch) and lastly Legend of the Galactic Heroes (I've watched the original, part way though the remake and also reading the original books) |

| I would say One Punch Man. I have watched the Anime with extras multiple times, have read the Manga and web comic multiple times, know everything theories, have read tons of fan fiction even. Basically the anime, I have been the most involved in. |

| LotGH and Umineko (technically vn+manga) for me at first I only supported the original LotGH but the story gets me so engrossed every time that I ended up enjoying the remakes despite originally thinking I would not (although there is so much subtle little details that gave the original life that are lost in the latter) Umineko i love so much that I refuse to acknowledge the existence of the anime since it did such a bad job adapting something that had such a profound impact on me. It takes you to the deepest darkest depths of the human heart and gives you a front row seat to the personalized little hells that go on in every person's life, and just when you are ready to give up on humanity it will inspire such a beautiful hopeful feeling that will make you believe that without a doubt the world is full of wonder, love, and magic (i spend vast amounts of energy trying to convert people and encourage them to start on the path to completing umineko lol) |

| I remember seeing people who were infatuated with franchises and being jealous. Just how could they develop such a passion, a love, a long term devotion to a series, and why couldn't that happen to me? Then I watched Cardcaptor Sakura, and I realized I had found the anime that was the equivalent of my "soul mate"; a show made to be perfect in my eyes. I love it dearly. |
