| so muck black and red at multiple points it seemed like a Virtual Boy videogame. It was entertaining enough, why all those "goodbye" at the end though. Next episode seems very interesting. |

| What is this show? You can never predict what's going to happen. Like, there's a monster spirit granny trying to kill you, and the first thing that comes to mind is to jump and suck her teats. And my favorite part, which got completely lost in translation, is when Turbo Granny was ranting about Ayase using English words in her speech and how it's cringe, then she proceeds to say “son of a bitch” right after. |
| I was not expecting William Tell Overture to start playing lmao that really caught me off guard, but I loved this episode! This is easily the best anime of the season for me. It doesn't even come close really. I didn't realize it at first, but I've dropped most shows from this season because they just didn't interest me. Actually this may even be anime of the year for me. I was pretty certain that would go to DeDeDeDe for me, and while yeah I loved that show, I think I'm enjoying this more! So excited to see what else is in store, especially if we get more awesome fight scenes, the animation in this show is so good! Looks like we're getting introduced to a new girl next episode, really looking forward to that. Love Momo so much! 😍😊   |

| I didn't like the animation in this episode. It was very creative and dynamic, but they overdid the camera movement at the expense of a lot of detail. It was fine in the first half until they left the tunnel. From there, the backgrounds were barely present, and scenes like Momo and Okarun running through the city while Momo asks "aren't there less people than before here?" didn't make sense. The viewer wasn't let into what she was seeing because the crowd was never clearly shown — only a red filter with glimpses of human figures. And, in general, it's weird to have characters speaking for too long without appearing on the screen (or, at least, without their faces appearing on close ups). Overall the readability of the episode was poor and there was a noticeable lack of detail on everything but the characters themselves. If you take a look at the manga (chapters 5-7), you'll see this was an adaptation issue. Every panel is quite detailed even during the chase scene, and the continuity there doesn't feel off like here. |

| Wow, based on the preview, this extreme journey really changed them. It would be mostly reasonable to expect their lives would be mostly normal from now on... BUT 5/5, that family is definitely insane, but I want me some of that crab! "See you Tomorrow" <3 (I think both of them were thinking bye-bye and sayonara was too permanent) It's honestly confusing whether or not they effected their surroundings, I assume this anime expects us not to take it seriously so doesn't matter and simply the humor of looking like Ken is giving Momo a piggyback. Loved the power usage so much, get it Momo! |

| Wowzers!!! Saru did a fantastic job for this episode! I love the animation part when Okarun and Momo were swinging to up and right, but overall the rest were just great honestly. Also the remix of William Tell Overture was quite nostalgic to hear with. Never mind that because it's time for a new arc to delve into in the next episode. |

| Beautiful animation. The granny is a cheater, but Momo is a cheater too. I’m impressed by Momo’s plan, I mean, she was presented as a superficial character, but wow. Ken took some to none part in the decision making of that run. Seiko’s looking out for Ken’s banana, hahaha. |

| Very nice and artsy episode. That chase sequence was amazing. Unique take on visuals (reddish color palette) mixed with classical music's remix playing in the background. I like that kind of creativity in anime. A fitting ending to the first story arc of this series. Well done, Science SARU! |

| This was a thrill of an episode to watch! The race was both comical and exciting, the world-building was nice, and the animation was pretty solid. Excited for more to come! |
