| @SgtBateMan You're kinda right. I might've been a little bit (but only a tiny bit) too harsh with Himmel. I mean, he was a simp, but also a tragic person. Imagine a character simping so hard to a several centuries old elf, only to be noticed by that elf only once you die. It's pathetic, but somewhat tragic. I guess that was that wise elf Frieren's face once she learned that Himmel, a human, mortal, affected by a crused artifact, who has been living for a long time and reached an age many people before him had not reached, has died just like any other human being:  Tragic love, tragic character, indeed. |

| I wish for a world where everyone can live without sorrow, pain, or suffering. Embracing the natural flow of life and supporting each other through the highs and lows is such a compassionate way to approach things. Himmel has the correct idea sadly demon kings running the real world don't share this sentiment. Let's face it, they are worse than the demon kings in any anime. |
