| I do love how Yayoi shows no hesitation to beat down a violent spirit to protect those she loves. The action has a great atmosphere to it, the horror actually does make for some genuinely creepy moments. |

| I kind of understand her reasoning, but she's freakin' psychotic. This show's interesting. How immersed I got when the hair started to enter him was insane, like it was going down my throat. |

| Title dropped here you guys. She gathered the dark, collecting nasty spirits and jar fighting them. As expected Keitaro as clueless as ever. Even when its kinda obvious that Yayoi lured him into the basement of sanctuary as an excuse to steal the cursed doll, he don't get it, until the pandora box which her room was opened. What a weird day to be there for a poor Keitaro xd. Its also nice to see Keitaro grandma way of exorcised. Worry about Keitaro life when she's not around anymore by death or something, what'll he do with the never ending grow of his nerves tho who's cut it all? Shall Eiko do that? Or Yayoi? Well in anycase, may seven of Jizo can rest in peace on their new statues.... |

| I like how Yayoi points out that something's off with the picture. The hand in the picture is a left hand, and Keitaro's left hand seems fine. The hand in the picture also looks very slender, like a womans hand. I'm guessing that the picture is of Eiko's hand and both of her hands have the nerves out which is why she wears gloves on both hands and not just on her left hand. |

| You touch a random fox plush and you wake up in a basement inhaling hair from a porcelain doll. Keitaro should add experiencing trauma to his daily duties! Yayoi was the MVP of this episode since she saved him with that sword. |

It's sad because the show does seem to have that unnaturally scary motif from time to time. But there seems to be something wrong with almost every episode, and I'm not saying this to hate.
Plus what's up with that katana, I'm sure everything makes sense and it does seem that way but it just doesn't feel that way. Like while the show is scary, how the little kid had her own little speech and made the a signature pose with the katana felt way too cool and 'shouneny'.
It's really a good show with a much needed in the moment scare and I wish the staff made it look a little better. Maybe this was made for a long winded narrative so they're having their normal adventures now.
Oh well, I hope they can do something about the rough animation soon. It doesn't help the enjoyment in my opinion.

| @JoestarEISH_020 You're not wrong about it being a long winded narrative. It's a monthly series that currently has 55 chapters published (which would be around 110-120 chapters if it was a weekly series) and it doesn't show any signs of being near it's end. I honestly think that the manga would be a better option for you, it has beautiful art and the author uses the black and white really well, plus, the first 7 episodes (8 chapters) are all set up stuff, so it would be faster reading them than watching them. |
| Keitarou's grandmother is pretty good, his hand curse looks so painful to see, and Yayoi was genuinely creepy at the end, I wonder what's truly up with her :S |

| Yayoi is definitely a troublemaker, destroying statues and stealing dolls, even if they are cursed. I wish the MC would be a bit more calm though. |
| Silly fun, it's great. While this should be stupid, it's stupid in the good way, like haunted stuff should be. It has that 2000's feel of everything being corny and menacing at the same time. Love that stuff. |
