Now that I have some list I plan add more PTW can please help find some hidden gem from 80s to 2010s

Look into my list and see what I missing

(By the way there anime I don't like because of Religious theme like Evangelion and Angel's Egg, Since I am very Catholic person so no anime like that.)

I started writing something, but really since you didn't specify any requirements, it would result in simply my top50, which is bland.
So you may rather just compare our lists, sort by score and pick what appeals. Also, my list has some silly notes next to each title I wrote for my personal use, but I don't hide them, so you may check them if you like, should be spoiler-safe. Feel free to pm if you have any questions regarding a specific title.

PS: I somehow feel your list lacks a lot of great things. So you are lucky, so much fun ahead...

Since you liked Noir and PatLabor you might enjoy Full Metal Panic!

For silly romance there is Love Hina.

Even though they are not retro, 2 series that I cannot recommend enough are Ascendance of a Bookworm, and Apothecary Diaries.

Only one somewhat older one here (2004), most are newer ones you mentioned as wanting to become aware of. As far as "hidden gems" go probably just Maria-sama. So Ra No Wo To doesn't get mentioned too often. SuperCub should get mentioned more often when CGDCT comes up IMO.

Anyway, they all have great female protags and mostly female casts.

So Ra No Wo To (2010, TV Series) -- (SoL, Drama). Bonus: A key song track is sung in French. I'd link a video but it's not available on YouTube due to copywrite.
Super Cub (2021, TV Series) -- SoL, CGDCT
Hibike! Euphonium (2025-2024, Mix of TV Series' & Movies) -- Music, Drama. This franchise recently finished up with the final season so no waiting (unlike for the rest of us :)
Akebi-chan no Sailor-fuku (2022, TV Series) -- SoL, CGDCT
Maria-sama ga Miteru (2004-2008, 4 TV/OVA seasons) -- I'm going out on a limb here because you mentioned to avoid religious theme. Tbh it's not particularly religious (despite the title). Rather, it's the polite atmosphere and respectfulness that is nice to see instead of cheap borrowing (Evangelion, etc.). The GL is quite platonic (see: Class-S genre) except for one couple's backstory episode in S1. Per the link it's more like female bonding (romantic friendships) than overt GL.

Seconding these (especially Moribito):
+1 Seirei no Moribito
+1 Chihayafuru
+1 Juuni Kokui
+1 Versailles no Bara

Seconding some mentioned by others:
Blue Gender
Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040
Jormungand Season 2
Rose of Versailles
Sora no Woto

Some from your plan-to-watch that I recommend:
Gunslinger Girl Il Teatrino
Nyanko Days
Pumpkin Scissors

Some extras:
Avenger - I've recommended this to you before, it's a Bee Train anime that's basically El Cazador de la Bruja in space.
Najica Blitz Tactics - If you don't mind ecchi/fanservice content, it's very similar to Noir. It even aired in the same year.
Otherside Picnic - Another that I've recommended to you before, similar protagonists to Noir but with more of a paranormal/urban legend theme. I also recommend the light novel.
Scrapped Princess - Similarities to Sora no Woto and Pumpkin Scissors.
