STEAM's GOTY 2024 the Ghost of Tsushima Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 compared to other games released in 2024 is without a doubt a masterpiece. HOWEVER... Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 compared to far older games like Gears of War from 2006 is pretty lackluster and has lots of room for improvement -> 5.5/10 Lol Sony needs to stop sniffing their own farts, their IQ is crashing so hard they are gonna ruin the whole company. |

Now and Then, Here and There -- another critically-acclaimed anime, and one that barely extended into the year 2000. Outlaw Star -- a onetime major "gateway anime" (along with its 1998 sci-fi peers, Cowboy Bebop and Trigun) for the anime fandom in the early 2000s. The Twelve Kingdoms -- a well-respected "quality isekai" series from the early 2000s; like most such series, it features a female protagonist rather than a male one. | When I was finally close to 1,000, I didn't particularly put much thought into it, so not really sure what to recommend. Best I can do is toss out something and hope you haven't seen it yet. And the best chance of that is to pick some lesser known/weird shit. And when I think of lesser known weird shit, I think of something that just happens to be from the 2000s. A little movie called Dead Leaves. |
