| The scale of the world still expanding while the number of characters getting even higher, it becomes increasingly harder for me to remember each and everyone of them. The weekly format can really be poison for the momentum of a show. Especially one with this many moving parts. |

| Wow another garbage blah blah episode. How many times the slime have said that he's or wanna reign over the forest domain? probably 500 already. And 24 episodes too? LOL When good shows deserve 24 episodes like solo leveling they cramp it up to 12, meanwhile this got the opposite. Not to mention the lazy animation. Meh. Gotta love 5 more months like this, a slowly death |

| Back in Tempest, Rimuru and the gang can finally relieve all the sigh of relief with the post-battle of the war, and with the submission of Falmuth and King Edmaris, as well as his brother Edward taking his place instead of Edgar, the turmoil even with Youm taking over the nearby Nidol Domain as a gateway to Falmuth, he's keeping them both in track. Otherwise, th Western Holy Church still remains a threat to Tempest, whilst the Lycanthropes make their home within Rimuru's nation. Also, Milim wanting more edible food as a request to Rimuru of sending out finest workers to their place for good food, what can go wrong? Geld coming to Rimuru with his share of problems of managing the prisoners, it's a real handiwork being like salarymen workers who will rant at anything bad from their work, these are memories indeed. The progression of Tempest and the outside lands however, it's a different story that needs to be dealt with, though Benimaru and Albis's ruse to deal with the Tengu is set in place. Even Hakuro's report about Clayman's leftover ruins are concerning as well, and that needs to be taken care of as well. With a lot of the preparations in place, having Tempest be a center of influence both in power and population to the outside world, it's a win-win solution for Tempest, and a party is in succession for Rimuru's debut. With so much troubles, why not have fun at it? That's the stopgap anyways. |

In this season so far we have meetings upon meetings upon meetings, combined with low-budget animation, a superficial zero-stakes plot, and an audio track that sounds like it was recorded in somebody's bathroom. This show peaked with Megiddo and it feels like it will never reach such heights ever again. Is Slime Tensei coasting on its popularity? Will it get a season 4? Will I watch it? Perhaps not. Please save me manga-reader-samas. |

Not pleased at all with the lazy animation. Reusing frames over and over and over, still frames with no motion during dialogue. The art direction overall is still great, hope to see the Colosseum get added to the city landscape and maybe a new OP or EP where we can see the newly growing city. I knew this chapter would be dialogue heavy, which the show always was, but season 1 and season 3 don't even compare.

It’s just so fun, it gives off a super tranquilizing vibe to watch + it has the most epic, energetic high-level action + Shion is exquisitely beautiful + Mirimu is the definition of "Cute" Also, the legendary, magical Op's and ED's hit HARD, I experienced incomprehensible ecstacy from every single one, I literally can't stop replaying them in my head, Additionally, it's unique plot, crazy worldbuilding, bloody fights and creative power system, makes it an extremely immersive, mythical adventure Tensura has made me undergo liberating experiences, that make me want to leave reality and get a lost in a world of fantasy <3 |

| It wouldn't surprise me if the entirety of this first cour is focused on postwar things, especially since during season 2 they spent several weeks building up the war and strategies. Now that Tempest is actually a functioning city, I guess it does make sense that more time is spent on the political and character side of things rather than just action or always progressing the story. Though sometimes it can feel mind-numbingly slow since we the viewer actually know that other parties are making moves, as well as knowing what they are going to do. Especially during the first few episodes it's also nice to actually have a reason to see and be reminded of all the characters that meshes with the flow. |

| This episode was a little slower and reminded me a bit of the Slime Diaries as they talked about throwing a party for the surrounding neighbors that reside within the Jura Forest. |
