| It's that time of the year again! The Anime Watching Challenge and Manga Reading Challenge teams have put together two exciting new challenge formats this year to help boost your Anime/Manga List stats. Thank you to everyone involved with the organization and running of these year-long events—these challenges are run entirely by community members each year. What is it? The challenges are a way to both increase the number of anime/manga you read watch/read, and also to diversify what you consume. You start by choosing a skill level you think you can complete over the year, and then go from there. How do I join? Head over to the Sign-Up threads (linked below) and follow the directions there. After the initial rules post, there are step-by-step How to Play instructions in both Sign-Up threads.   ^ Click me ^ Do I have to sign up to participate? You're welcome to take the challenge list (a few posts down) and watch/read whichever anime/manga you like, if you don't want to use the set-up created by the challenge hosts. But signing up allows you to keep better track of your progress, compare challenge lists with other users, and gives you bragging rights with a little banner. Plus, it's an excuse to have fun in the community! |
