| It seems that their relationship hasn't changed much, and they simply continue to be friends. However, Nazuna is suffering quite a bit because she can't suck blood. As far as I understand, it doesn't have to be Kou's blood, she could suck the blood of anyone else or even ask Azami or Kabura, so I don't see much of a problem in principle. |
