| i wanted to do it since i was 13 years old, i think the first moment when i thought about going through was when i was watching Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman in a magazine during the Californication era when the album was freshly released. Only one year later i asked permission to my parents for the first time but it didn't go well, and i was too henpecked (by lack of my own money and life in general already) that i didn't think about retrying until early 2008, when i was already one year and a half into my first full job. "To hell with everything, i have my own funds, i'm an adult, i do what i want and should have done it way before" It was april 15 and finally i went to the hair salon in the early afternoon and returned with a head full of straight blond hair, and never stopped since in 15+ years. My parents were not amused (my father probably still isn't over it yet even now) but i remember fondly when i logged in on MSN and used the webcam to show my best friend the new look and he was entertained and glad for me. To be honest, i didn't care that much of brown regrowth as i usually went to re-dye and cut only twice a year, but since the first day of march 2019 i began bleaching all of my hair and not just the tops (only in hindsight i learned it was faster, less painful, and had the same cost) and began going three times a year instead of two, usually at late november, march and late june before some big anime conventions so i can have less troubles with cosplaying, hair nets and wigs. (in early 2014 i thought about dying in red but it didn't happen) sq |

| I've had blonde highlights when I had short spiky hair, and whilst I liked it... I don't think short hair suits me, so never had it redone and started growing it out. I did also want to try dying it red, my mother even bought the dye, but then I changed my mind. Do you play Dungeons and Dragons? |
