| Glad to see Astra Lost in Space mentioned. Looks like this whole thread is reminding me to start Rocket Girls soon. One of my personal favorite manga of all time is Twin Spica, which is mainly about a group of girls and boys who want to go to space together.  |

Guess it was something implanted into my head from a young age... as my Parents were typically-1980's, "my kid's going to be an Astronaut or Rocket Scientist, Etc." -types. they bought lots of NASA-themed books for me to read, my dad was an avid model builder... built a bunch of NASA-themed models to decorate my room with... and, to top it all off, mom had got me this CABBAGE PATCH KIDS "YOUNG ASTRONAUTS" Doll around 1986/'87... must've been about 5 or 6 at the time; .jpg?width=1920&height=1080&fit=bounds) That in mind; is it any wonder that i'd be paying Homage to it all, - with Yuki Nagato's help - three decades or so on...  |
