| Whole lot of spectacle over substance and 5 second still frames but I suppose that's to be expected after the last season. Pretty good though, even if it accomplished relatively very little in 40 minutes. |
| What's a better reaction to meet this episode with other than WOW? It's already shaping up to be on the same level if not better than season two, and that's saying generously A LOT. It's painfully obvious by the tee, how similar the ancient sun-breathing swordsman is to Hokushibo, but then again, Tanjiro did just see him at the end of the episode, or maybe he could be hallucinating. The intro scene was one of the best the Infinity Castle has ever looked at, and it was almost impossible to top. The humor was great and he pacing was solid. |

| Episode of double duration and seems the starts of a new adventure!!! The secret town is amazing and the suprise when he arrived, was the best!!! kekeke |
| What a freaking masterpiece that was. All the other anime going to have to catch up. Start running..... now. And fast! It's been a while but what a build-up from the last season. This was movie quality. I want to put this ep on a mantle. Fine stuff. |
| It took me quite a while to finish episode 1(probably cuz I watched it all in parts lol). That said it's great to see demon slayer back again on screen. So now we're finally at the sword smith village arc!!! I've forgotten most of the things that happen, so watching this season will definitely be fun!!! |
| Watched the episode in the movie, so re-watching it is jogging memories now. Ubuyashiki seems grave. I guess his end is near. Is this the first time that he's mentioning Muzan as his family? This list is for me to remember, I have a bad memory. Upper One - Kokushibo (6 eyes, Yoriichi's elder brother) Upper Two - Douma Upper Three - Akaza Upper Four - Hantengu (scaredy cat act) Upper Five - Gyokko (Jar guy with lips and eyes misplaced) Upper Six - Gyutaro (Daki) It has been 113 years since an Upper Demon was slain. Akaza wishes to defeat Upper One, to the extent he questions if he's dead. Miyano Mamoru uses such a voice for Douma, it's funny. If not for being a demon, he would have been a sweet and loving character. Aww, Kanae. 2 months? That's long. Goto's self-introduction was funny. He's 23 😱. Almost gave Chopper's voice to Chachamaru, "Yokatta... Shinu ka to omotta". I like Goto's speech (voice and dialogue) in this episode. Kakushis give piggyback rides to Tanjiro, all the way to the Swordsmith Village. Damn, his voice was loud enough for Mitsuri to hear. "Yoropiku" is one damn short chief. Indeed, a cute name, for someone with terrible temper. Mitsuri is childish, I wonder how she became a Hashira. Just to find a strong man? That seems like an excuse or not enough of a driving factor. Shinazugawa Genya, is just another Bakugo version. Nezuko having a good time in the hot spring. I feel like this is her first bath in a very long time. Nezuko is being a baby around Mitsuri. Tanjiro's nosebleed for once. End with hanafuda earrings. |

| I couldn't help it, I wanted to wait it out till all episodes are available but damn now I'm here. At least the first episode was long, anyway, there it is again this show's hit or miss comedy |

| 1 hr special for the comeback episode which was good. Starting off with the upper moon meeting, that was tense. Tanjiro woke up after 2 months, it was great to see how much everyone cares for him. Even Kanao freaked out. Also great to see Mitsuri, she's just lovely. Even more so with HanaKana's voice. |

| Love that statement from Muzan that hadn't been for Daki, Gyuutari would've won. His sister was a hindrance. It makes me believe that Gyuutaru insisted on being with his sister all the time just so he could keep an eye on her and protect her. I can't help but admire him for that. It's so bittersweet which was always been my weakness when it comes to stories. Mitsuri looked so sweet and adorable. I remember my first impression of her was that she might be another Haruno Sakura from Naruto whom you longed to get rid of.😫🙄 The meeting place of the demons was nuts! The entire detail of the virtual effects was magnificent! It's as if I was watching a movie and not a tv series. I could have sworn my jaw dropped at that entire scene.LOL! Well done as always Ufotable! 😍 |

| A great season start! I have not read the manga, so the mystery was strong with this one. Is Upper Rank One that guy Tanjiro saw in a dream with his presumed ancestor (father? grandfather?) and at the end in the Swordsmith Village? He strongly appears to be. Upper One, apart from the same hair, also has the same 'fire scars' on the top left of his face. Is he the originator of Fire Breathing and thus all resulting breathing techniques? As for Kibutsuji Muzan it's already been hinted before, but he appears to be closely related to Ubuyashiki Kagaya or his ancestors - which in essence this would render the entire plot a family feud. And what about that Blue Spider Lilly? An antidote or a cancelling agent of Wisteria or perhaps a means to walk under the sunlight? So many intriguing (rhetorical) questions... |

| Jeez the Upper demons are no joke. Looks like Tanjiro will be separated from the trinity this arc, which means no more Zenitsu screaming which I welcome. Can't wait to watch this art on screen. |
