| Pudding deserves better. The kid just wants to have fun but nope, as usual, trouble comes up. Still, I find it amusing how she was able to get out of being captured and still managed to make the most of her fun day. Ichigo and her friends still fight the good fight as usual. |

| Happy birthday to Purin's quints, and a Cirque-du-Soleil like circus show as a birthday present to bring the siblings along look like the perfect opportunity to showcase her parents' work in the entertainment industry. And where the Mew Mew go is where the aliens would react, but with the added mystery about the Blue Knight and when would he appear to stop them in their tracks. This time, it's Tar-Tar leading the attack with the usual Chimera Anima, though Purin looks completely unfazed at all, even him trying to play friendly with her. And as expected, the entire team shows up and aids Purin, and since there is Mew Aqua lying around, it's calling out to her to finish the job. And since the siblings didn't manage to watch the circus, Purin gives them one in their Mew Mew forms. Good episode! |

| THE ENDING KILLED ME!! New Smewthie song, the girls using their powers to create a show for Purin's siblings, the moment where Purin's mom helped her.... I was an emotional wreck!! I love how they take the story from the manga and the characters and update them to be more than they were originally! Adding in Purin's mom and giving the Tokyo Dome chapter meaning to her personally was a brilliant move! One of my absolute favourite episodes of the new adaptation as a whole! Retasu episode next week, CAN'T WAIT!! |
