what do you think of the show's osts?

Honestly it's the most critical thing about the show, there were literally no osts worthy of doing them justice (except one), especially in the most frenetic moments (ex: Chaisaw vs Katana ep 12), it's disappointed me a lot, I hope s2 has at least some better osts, and that Kensuro Ushio no longer takes care of the music

The ones we got is good but I wish there was more variety because the replay the ost too much

Definitely not as great as it could've been. All I remember are a couple of tracks which can basically be summed up as 'the hype one' and 'the slow one'. Also, the lack of character themes is a negetive.
It's a shame really, considering Ushio's work on Devilman Crybaby. He gave one of my favourites OSTs of all time in that show.

Are you kidding me? there are so much note worthy osts if you actually go out of your way and listen to them on Spotify, edge of chainsaw, sweet dreams, livingroom, kick ass

Although not his best work, Kensuke Ushio did a fabulous job with the osts

The OST goes hard. The use of glitchy break beats are perfect to express the chaotic energy of CSM (destroy them all, the devil Hunter and edge of chainsaw) and there’s really nice emotional/atmospheric songs like the door, living room and sweet dreams and some dark atmospheric songs like run, crawler and imagine devils.

-at first I thought all of the emotional songs were the same song, but I don’t mind that
-100% sales tax is bad (powers entrance song)

chaotic energy wasn't shown because of directing choice, ost wasn't great, was good nonetheless, but could've worked better if directing was better and made the right way for this type of show

It's been a season since its ended and as much as I enjoyed CSM, the only ost track I remember is sweet dreams.

I agree. The music was disappointing. I wish someone like Kevin Penkins or Hiroyuki Sawano took care of the music rather than Kensuke Ushio. I believe Kensuke Ushio had no passion for this project and just wanted a paycheck as such a mediocre job from a composer of his calibre doesn't makes sense.

Personally, I thought the OST was really good during the moment, but it is extremely forgettable after it.
It's not to say they're bad by any means though.

Tbh i listen to several of csms background tracks on apple music while im drawing or reading manga like Chainsawman
