| Holy shit, what an episode. MAPPA has put all their heart and soul into making this episode. The 1 hr was totally worth it. Not a minute felt wasted. Not to mention the animation looked so damn good. Eren's monologue and self-awareness speech about violence and mass genocide was so dan good. It was done better than in the manga. The mass-scale destruction that the Rumbling is causing was so well portrayed. Hange's sacrifice hit hard especially after seeing her meet her comrades in the afterlife. She died doing what she loved. It was truly a heroic moment. RIP Hange and RIP Floch. Her ODM gear scenes were so damn fluid. It looked amazing. Some Marleyan forces and civilians have finally realised about the cycle of hatred. The Warrior's parents are also slowly realising how they were basically using their kids as some sort of tool to get what they wanted. Status and honour. Eren using Zeke's beast titan and combining it with his Warhammer abilities looked so damn cool. He took down their last line of defence. The shot after the bombing looked like a primordial hellscape and I'm all here for it. The final battle is underway and it'll be continued in the next part. I can't stop gushing about how fucking cool it all looks. The animation slaps so hard. And the damn OST?!?! It was so good. The ED was pretty good too. "Under the Tree" Ifykyk. MAPPA truly outdid themselves with this one. This is quite possibly one of THE best AOT episodes that they have made. I just can't appreciate this series enough. It's so damn good. Common AOT W |

| After watching this, I went back and re-watched all of AOT, and loved it even more than I remembered. Now I've come back to re-watch 2nd-to-final episode as well, and I still believe that this was an hour long. |
