Oh god the Dragon Stand guy. A talking Feng Shui Stand. One of the most confusing Stands in all of JoJo. And they did him justice lol, I'm as confused as I was while reading it. This is my main attraction to JoJo, the insanely absurd powers!

When I read this fight in the manga I legit had no idea wtf was going on. Anime definitely made it clearer but man this has to be the most confusing stand ever. How does King Crimson work? Boy you mean how does Dragon's Dream work.

This was a very pure Jojo episode. Anasui and the Dragon's Dream, standing around commenting about who is fighting, their abilities, just giving directions. Just Jojo things.

I first watched JoJo around July/August of 2019 and when I finished part 5 (in October ish) I immediately started reading Stone Ocean. Not my favorite part, but sure most of my favorite fights are from SO, but 2 of these was so confuse to understand in my first read and then I thought "I can't wait to watch those when the anime comes out". Those were the Feng Shui Dragon (Dragon's Dream) and the underground planes fight (Next Batch) and man, I got say, I just felt exactly like when I first read those. Such a bizarre fight with so much things happening at the same time but never confusing, now that's a JoJo fight.

Also, leaving aside the emotional part, DP sure is taking good care with this series. They truly understand the essence of the fights and of the story. I literally can't wait for parts 7 & 8 adaptation, let's just hope Netflix doesn't put its hands on the distribution of these or actually learn that batches were their worst idea...

Is anyone else noticing that they seem to be saying “fuck” a lot more in this batch then they did in the first batch of part 6? Not complaining I just found it strange since I didn’t remember them saying it that often in any of the other parts or the previous batch.

This was a very confusing fight but I got the gist of it. The dragon points where he'll attack with his techniques which is most of the time a fatal blow. I love the dragon though, he's hilarious.

Dragon's Dream ability still confusing af, but I think anime made it a tiny bit clearer to me. Still, what a trash Stand, also aiding your enemies lol. I didn't like the CGI for it either.

I found the stand itself pretty easy to understand, but I've found a lot of things confusing so far in this batch.

After taking a year off following Episode 12, I spent most of Episode 13 and 15 trying to figure out what was happening. Not a good feeling to spend most of an episode's runtime totally lost.

I also don't care for the excessive cursing. Call me a prude if you want, but past JJBA parts were totally fine without an F-bomb every other line.

This batch is not that great so far in my opinion.

Wtf is up with the subtitles bruh. Like when Kenzo was yelling at Dragon's Dream for spoiling how the Stand works, the subs say "Let's go! Nicely done, Drake's Dream. Thank you! They figured it out because you had to go and flap your scaly jaws." But like, if Kenzo is upset at the Stand, why tf would he be saying "nicely done, thank you." Thankfully I still understand some Japanese from high school, and what Kenzo said should have more or less translated to "You see, Drake's Dream! They figured it out..." That has more of a tone of him being upset and pinning the blame on the Stand.

Anyway, the Stand isn't that difficult to understand. It basically provides Kenzo with the exact coordinates for the most optimal spot on his opponent for him to strike, as well as providing him with the coordinates for the best spot for him to avoid enemy attacks. These Stand battles definitely can get confusing when it's just stills in the manga, so I'm glad to see this fight animated as it makes character movements and what's happening overall a little more clear.
People on MAL refuse to actually enjoy watching anime.

I find Dragon's Dream fight as more entertaining in the anime than I found it back when I was reading the manga. I really wished to see anime fixing issues I had with this fight, and here we are. Anime has indeed fixed it for me. :)

Dragon’s Dream is a very interesting stand, making use of Feng Shui which is a bit confusing but I think it’s very cool, Foo Fighters took a beating much like Jolyne last episode, and they left us on a cliffhanger that makes it appear Foo Fighters died, which would really suck but I doubt she’s done already.

I don't have a fucking clue how Araki's mind works, just don't. Dragon stand was the most confusing, and will always hold that designation. Adaptation did try but still lol.

Foo Fighters better kick that old ass next time.

Woah a stand user whose cult attracted Hollywood celebrities and had his followers burnt to death. If ya know, ya know.
Obligatory fight commentary by Anasui who's got Jolyne's dumbfounded by his declaration of love. It feels as though his stand and its ability to use Feng Shui is independent of its user, could his enemies use it to their advantage if they had the chance? The drowning attack is derived from it, and thus hydrophilic F.F. was able to last longer than his other victims. Bad luck being his weapon...the collateral damage from Jolyne's previous stand battle against Westwood's Planet Waves is what deals a blow to F.F.

I feel you there. There's been some silly stands in this series, but this is starting to remind me of those joke powers they give in other anime like One Piece/MHA...

Only problem is this show plays it entirely serious, making it even more ridiculous lol

It's very much telling that, despite the vast majority of this episode being exposition about how it works, Dragon's Dream still makes very little sense. In general, these Part 6 stands are getting so overly complicated that it almost feels like they aren't following the rules of how Stands should work anymore.

That aside, this antagonist and fight was way too boring and annoying to merit spending so much time on it, and the awful pacing with Anasui narrating everything that happens only makes it worse. Definitely one of my absolute least-favourite Stand fights in all of Jojo's so far as Part 6 continues to be my least-favourite Part.

Dragon's Dream was one hella confusing stand. I was confused reading this part of the manga and still confuse while watching the anime. Feng Shui is such a BS ability. FF got her head sliced off by a freaking metal scrap from the ceiling fan. That is some booty cheeks.

The Dragon Stand has an interesting concept with the feng shui, but it was pretty confusing to understand, you get used to it at the end of the episode, so the whole episode had this confusing feel to it. The only nice thing was Anasui's entrance, which was pretty dope, but no action from him sadly. Still his experience and intelligence seems the highest so far out of the "good guys", which is an interesting turn to the anime because Jolyne seems just weaker and weaker comparatively to other characters, but let's look at the bright side of things - at least now secondary characters are a lot more important and powerful, and have a lot more development physically and philosophically speaking, which I don't really remember being the case in the previous JoJo's.
