Now that Jojo main story arc finished getting adapted to Anime at almost 200 episodes , is it iyo the best battle shonen of all time or does it still need SBR for this?

| Personally, I would say yes. After the part 6 anime, JoJo's isn't just my favorite battle shounen, it's also one of my favorite pieces of media in general. It doesn't need the part 7 anime to reach that status (especially since I've always liked part 6 more than part 7), however when part 7 gets adapted, I'll definitely watch and enjoy it as well. Of course, I haven't watched nearly as many anime as some people, so it's entirely possible that in the future I'll find something that I like more than Stone Ocean. I just haven't found such a series yet. |
| Not my favorite but its amazing and love it very much But part 7 is one of my favorite mangas ever so when it does get adapted that will probably become of one of my favorite animes too lol if adapted well |

| It has always been this way mostly because of the manga and rightfully so, this new batch although I had read part 6 before, has made me appreciate it even more and has easily become my favourite adapted Jojo part by a great margin, has my now favourite Jojo villain, and one of my favourite endings ever. This is just my opinion but I imagine there will be others with similar tastes and love part 6 and Jojo as much and even more. Without a doubt this is an anime of all time. |

| parts 7-8 are seinen so SBR won't really count even when it gets adapted cause its just gonna be a different genre but moving onto the main question yeah i'd say its up there, atleast for me its my favorite battle shonen, but if we're talking about everyone out there then well, you've already seen thousands of people saying "the best X is subjective and it depends on the person's taste" so all i can really say is that its one of the best stuff we got so far Lord knows what would happen if I say its peak battle shonen |
| I prefer not to call GAR shows battle shounen. Even though they are, there are some significant differences. Protagonists are for observing them from the distance, not for self-insert. And topics are more adult than in average shounen. One does not simply compare Jojo and Fist of the North Star with Naruto and One Piece. | I mean Jojo is definitely unique but it's not even close to my favorite battle shonen Part 6 was a drag and I honestly forgot if existed though I blame production a little bit. I truly only like part 4, part 2 and a little bit of part 3 the rest I found either extremely mid or just bad. |

| JoJo peaked at final Joseph vs Kars battle, followed by Jotaro vs DIO, every other battles are enjoyable still but part 6 still kinda lacking something even tho it's nice. SBR of course still needs to be adapted because why not? More JoJo is always fine :) |

| I love JoJo, but it's not the best battle shounen, the biggest problem with JoJo is the lack of consistency so far. Part 1 is easily one of the worst things that I have watched in my life Part 2 is the best part and one of the best battle shounen arcs, a real masterpiece Part 3 could've been a lot better if the fights had any meaning throughout the story, they know that Dio is back and they know where Dio is, then we have to see 30 meaningless fights until they finally get to Egypt, the only exception is Polnareff, who's got a meaningful fight before Egypt, this part could've used a little bit of mystery, the characters don't know what's happening and step by step they find out that Dio is back, also I don't feel like the characters got to know each other, we barely see any scene where the characters are enjoying their time and talking, or trying to be human. Part 4 is great, the second best part so far and it's an evolution of part 4. There's a problem in the city, but nobody knows exactly what it is and we've got to see the character's relationship grow, we see those characters having their time together, getting to know each other, talking, having lunch, going through problems, etc... It also has the best villain in the whole series so far. Part 5 is a great letdown, Giorno is the least interesting JoJo, I didn't like part of his gang and the theme was completely misplaced, they should've started the season with that flashback, Diavolo was such a bad villain, but Doppio was a great character, could've been the main villain, the ending was pretty bad as well. In my opinion: Part 2 > Part 4 > Part 3 > Part 5 > Part 1 I haven't watched Part 6 yet, but I will anytime soon. |

| If i look at the overall picture, the diverse number of stories and situations with having to use different lead protagonists while maintaining quality is quite difficult. In addition there is well enough number of episodes. Those in conjunction will be enough of a tiebreaker for me to consider it the best despite the combined weighted scores not being the highest. |

| Worst milked shonen in opinion. It basically capsulates everything I hate about the concept of milking franchise including the multiverse excuse crap. U can appreciate it in portions like for eg part 2 which I enjoyed quite a lot, though it will always be a half baked product ( i would give it a 6 or 7 if i watch it in parts, but once u consider all Jojo as one entire anime it is definitely a 1) In the end we all know Jotaro Kujo is never gone be Jonathan Joestar or even Joseph Joestar, so his fight with Dio is entirely pointless. And this is just one of many eg of petty ways of milking |

| There is no difference between in quality between JoJo, Hokuto no Ken and Dragon ball for me personally, instead I would say Dragon Ball actually has better characterization especially Vegeta. One Punch Man would be the closest thing to JoJo in terms of quality writing but the artstyle of One Punch Man is better Most people would not like JoJo because homophobia was rampant in early times Edit: Those fans forced me to re-watch the whole series and reconsider my opinion; I was enlightened that JoJo is actually one of the worst pieces of garbage the medium has to offer. To be worse than Bleach and One Piece is not just an achievement but a milestone in human civilization. |
