| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Eve willing to help out. Suwabe-san's character is related to someone who is head of the entertainment field (his father) who passed away. He has some darkness from the past. It seems like he and Hanae-san's character are childhood friend. Though he doesn't know that "fan" well. That "fan" was frustrated that they didn't stay in where he arranged because he wanted to check them via camera. One of the helpers seems to know that "fan". Maeno-san's character's father appearance. The two who met Eve also met him so that he can help out getting more audiences. Main guy's father? Other three noticed the "fan"'s motive and pretended to not notice. KajiKaji's character also realized what he needs to do after being told he's not enough. Breakthrough! Then Adam's performance. Halloween Party next. |

| Yup, their revenge isn't just a dream. Trickstar taking on the stage again is part of their own self motivation. The 'Breakthrough' performance had a decent amount of catchy tunes imo. Practice pays off. |

| Hokke papaaaaaa Wow I guess they finished with the music video for breakthrough for the upcoming rhythm game LOL Parts of it feel similar to ESMusic Granted they also already have the models from Dream Live hahaha They skipped a couple of tidbits especially with the Makoto-Yuzuru and Yuzuru-Ibara interactions but nothing major so no issue. Subaru-chin and Nagisa's "Fate" is introduced which is the other main objective of the arc (aside from introducing Adam of course). Anyways decent episode and next week I suspect we'll get.....hmm I'm guessing because it's only one episode, it'll be the twins and Undead/Ritsu focused? side of Switch too maybe lulz |

| HOKKEPAPA x'D That was absolutely hilarious. His character and their interactions with his son both - a good contrast to Nagisa's idiotic annoying nonsenses. But then... so what's the conclusion to this chapter? Because it felt like it was just cut short with the actual ending just missing. |

| Yes! Finally some songs! Excellent episode.. So Hiyori tells the guys what's up with Stone Petting Freak (Nagisa) and it's very unpleasant. Isara is supposed to feel bad for him, and maybe he does. I love how Subaru calls Ibara 'Barry', and dude is pissed they stayed at their own hotel because he can't surveil them, he's even surveilling their phones?? Then Yuuki is watching the stages be set up by the students whose predicament was made clear last episode. He runs into Fushimi who tells him lots of companies sponsor Shuetsu Academy. Yup, corporations sure are LINING UP to throw money at the slave school, sounds totally above ground and normal to me... Isara & Anzu send encrypted messages; and Ibara is surprised the Trickstar boys are this smart. But then BEST PART happens- Hokuto's dad shows up!!! Soon as they showed him from behind, I was like- aw that's the daaaad And he's exactly the opposite of Hokuto, he acts like a little kid while Hokuto all mature &shit. Which was really funny, he's more like a big brother than a father. Then it's time for Trickstar to take the stage- and feel all pumped- and their performance is AWESOME. Their boy-band style really looks amazing, and they have way more supporters in the crowd than they expected!!! Gotta say Anzu is a great manager, even though she hardly gets to talk in this anime. So then Nagisa and Ibara take the stage and start cackling and talking about how mean they are. Rock Petting Freak is talking about God being cruel etc, Ibara be like "audience is full of plebs bruh" Geezus... these guys! Even though Ibara is a total dick, comparing him to Eichi- I'd take "Barry" over him every time. He's so over the top, and his personality doesn't match his cute looks that it kind of works- he cackles like a madman, he's such an idiot that he's just awesome. But as a totally unbiased audience member, I have to say Trickstar's colorful and well choreographed act was much better, and their "boy next door" qualities connect much better. Adam's sounded good, but was abrasive... and since they're singing to a bunch of enslaved students who mostly hate them, it's hard to see how they win.... so did they? |
