Tbh I can't think of many I'd actually want to be under. If it were purely about favorites then coach Kashiwaba-san from Touch character-wise, I hated him so much but he was so interesting. But I definitely wouldn't want to coached by him.... on that same line the producers from both the female iDOLM@STER adaptations.
