It's not my birthday, yet we're getting 2 chapters translated at the same day!

Well... I expected she says something like that, tbh.
And why the hell policeman lectures Seiichi like he's some teenager who ran away from home?... Seiichi should be in his 30s already, grown up man. It's his own bussiness he doesn't talk to his mom... especially after everything she has done to him.

Also... why the hell does she have his contact information on her? And how did she get it? It makes no sense. She says "I have no children" yet she has phone number and name of her son written down? I call sus

So, now she's like in her 60's or something right? Does that mean that she COULD'VE have Dementia, Alzheimer or something that could make her be delusional and forget who he is, and that she has a son. OR, she's still literally the SAME as she was before, psychotic and playing mind games with him once again.

Because, why the hell would she have his contact? We could think "Of course, the father gave the son contact to her before he passed" but why would she have that on her? Like, she literally throw this guy away like he was trash, she literally said that she should've never gave birth to him.

She said that once he's a murderer she finally could be free. Like, free for do what exactly? Free for make another family? Free for like, just live by herself? What the hell did she do in this 20+ years after she left? And most importantly, she seemed in that court that she could give a damn fuck not only for Seichi but the father also, so why would she be in touch with him? Cause if she has the contact, obviously the father gave that to her, and she accepted. I do hope that Oshimi explains all of this, but at this point, it seems that he do NOT want to explain nothing AT ALL.

About her psychotic behaviour towards her son, about her past, about her childhood and previous family, about her experiences, about her traumas, anyway. I seriously would like of SOME explanation at least, because without a reason for her to have done everything she did and be who she is, it just sounds too off, even random. And I don't know if that would end well in a manga where the focus is suspense and drama... We need at least a reason, ONE SINGLE reason Oshimi, please give us that.

it would be the only possible explanation but... father left HER contact info to Seiichi. Giving HIS to her is going a little bit too far... It's like saying "hey, you can call her or visit her if you want. But if you don't, she will do it herself lol". Well maybe he didn't want to leave him all alone once he passes.

Either that or she stalked her son, wouldn't be that surprising to me tbh

But it's honestly interesting what on earth is going on through that brain of hers. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Well, she's finally back in person.
And by the looks of it, she's back to being as psychotic as always.

This crazy bitch fuck him up mentally all of his life, and literally throw him away like a piece of trash when he was just a kid. She even said that she shouldn't have given birth to him and just denied motherhood like it was nothing, well, now it's time for him to do the same to her, throw her away like a piece of shit when she needs it most.

Preferably on the street, to die in the worst possible conditions as an indigent beggar. And in her final moments, she would realize that she would be dying sick, old, alone and that no one would even mourn her death, cause the only person who could, she literally threw away. That would be the perfect revenge for him.

Considering what she's done to Seiichi it could be that she's doing this so that she can have normal lover relationship with Seiichi not the type of love of a mother and son...but I guess it's too late now....

When Seii was about to enter the room to meet her, I could feel the tensity lol. Her hair grew white and yet she remains 'unchanged' on his eyes? Probably meaning of even after all these years she has remained the same.

Well, it's not like I wanted incest sex to happen, this is just my dumb guess based on how she acts toward Seichi in the early chapters....

Well, their relationship bordered on incestuous, the way she behaved with him definitely wasn't appropriate for mother and child: multiple kisses on the lips, hugging him against her breasts, and we see in an earlier chapter, when she hugs him against her, Seiichi gets an erection. The speech impediment Seichii develops is also a common symptom of sexual abuse in young children.

Also, she had Seichii for entirely selfish reasons, it seems like their relationship fit the bill of 'emotional incest', or parents expecting their children to provide them emotional support that ought to be provided by another adult, she had Seiichi because she was unwanted as a chilfd, and wanted someone she could smother with her love, when Seiichi started to become his own person instead of fulfilling Seiki's emotional needs, she rejected him.

What I hope is that we receive chapters covering Seiki's childhood and teenage years.

Will Seiichi finally cum inside his mother? (although it won't be as hot now that he's an adult) After all this foreshadowing surely Oshimi won't betray me.

I forgot what she did to Seichi in the early chapters, now that you mentioned it I remembered how disturbing it was....

Yeah a past about her mother is one big missing puzzle piece...

In my opinion she has mentally disowned him ever since Seiichi took the fall at the trial. Ever since the incidents with Fukiishi she really turned against him and knows exactly how to get under his skin. She knows how dependent on her approval he was and probably understands that even now, not acknowledging him is something that would devastate him. I think that she said the same thing at the trial, that she had no son and maybe that's what caused him to start strangling her in front of everyone? It's confusing though because she seems to want to destroy him mentally but also it's like she misses having him as her plaything? Maybe she's just trying to break him down to the point where he crawls back to her and rejects everything else.

The last two chapters have been really good, and have got me thinking about stuff I hardly remember from previous chapters. I seem to recall that his mom alluded to having been trapped into the family somehow and has always been looking for an escape. Her past is something I think we're due to see at some point.

I know I'm ignoring the complexity of childhood trauma when I say this, but if it were me, I'd take this "I don't have any children" as my opportunity to turn on my heel and say "you heard the woman! I'm outta here."

Either she has lost her mind due to old age or she is playing him. Either way it is not his responsibility anymore.

No way, it ain't Seiko. Aging like wine in terms of beauty exists, but not aging as if she looked as young as two decades earlier. Judging from the panels, it must be Seiichi's trauma kicking in, bringing back his idealized image of "beloved mother" we could see shortly before he had shoved off Shigeru from the mountain.
