I disagree. CGI can be used as a great tool, studios are just using it as a way to cut corners and rush animation. There’s heaps of great animation with it.. |

| Even tho this was just a teaser. It still looked epic. CGI looked wayyy cleaner and wayy better. Yelena's scene was actually realistic, logical and felt GRANDER even if trailer one was cooler. Can't wait to see peak chapters 117-123, 127, 130, 131, 138 animated. Kinda sad to see one of my favorite concluding with such a good conclusion.  |

| Damn, haters came here before the fans did. Not gonna defend the animation against clowns. Lets see how many people talk shit about it, even when they said they hated and dropped P1 due to CGI. I was pretty pleased with what I saw. Spoiler free trailer with nice and fluid CGI shots. Staff has poured their everything in what little time they had. |
Anime was it's best 20000 years ago, when cavemen drew art with real depth. Modern anime is all garbage. I miss great old days of anime. |

| Trailer was a too short so it didn't get me hyped. 33 seconds, wtf? Looks nice though. I wonder how they'll continue to advertise it going forward... Will they spoil the big events because that looked like it's all just content from the first 1 or 2 episodes. |

| It'll be sad to see one of the best anime of all time having one of the worst send-offs. Now, before anyone says anything I'm not talking about the CGI, the CGI is great, anyone with even a single working brain cell, who has read the manga, knows that that the shit that's about to happen CANNOT be hand-drawn in just a year, or if it was it would be just still image. There is no escape from CGI, and call me MAPPA fanboi or anything but MAPPA did a really great job with the CGI. I'm talking about the fandom, in the past year, AOT fandom has become one of the worst fandoms of all time, and it really saddens me, for some reason people really think that one year is enough to make this hand-drawn. There is a difference between giving your opinion and being an a**hole. |

Animation, cgi, compositing, coloring, visual, everything looks better than part 1. Thanks to mappa and their staff who worked so hard to make this anime in just a short time. |

| I’m excited to see the first half of the season animated and the episodes covering chapters 130-131 even though those will be a CGI fest that may hurt my eyes. I don’t really care for the rest of it, will probably be just as bad as the manga. |

| to everyone complaining about MAPPA using CGI again for the titans: PLEASE understand that they already had the models for the titans from part one, and even though they had more time to animate, using the CGI titans is a hell of a lot easier for them in getting the rest of the animation to be as top-notch as possible. What I'm trying to get at here is that using CGI for the titans allows there to be more of a focus on the 2D animation of the characters and action scenes. |
