In this case Hiroyuki Sawano the composer contracted for AOT did a brilliant job with the OST and made some of the most memorable scores in anime. Also swano is a vey talented composer/producer and gets shit done and delivers time and time again7 Because i think sasageyo while catchy is overrated. Guren no Yumiya is good but is forgettable. | The openings/endings aren’t my favorite, but the usage of string choirs, cinematic percussion, atmospheric pads and background noises during different parts of the episodes is just marvelous. |

| As much as I hate AoT after the ending, I can't deny my love for its incredible music by Sawano. (although I tend to avoid listening to it now because of Ending PTSD) |

| The ost in season 1-3 was like above 8 but in season 4 it's like below 5. TomPalm said: As people have said Sawano slays anything he touches apart from season 4 it seems. I think it's his weakest work of any show- S4 like the season itself ended up with a few standout tracks but overall just falling flat I don;t think Sawano worked on season 4 that's why it felt weak. |

The reason why you like something is because it's repeating that "thing" over and over again, look closely and you'll see a pattern. Repetitive ≠ bad. | It is one of the things that amazed me the most in aot. They always choose the right soundtrack at the right moment and it really draws you in. Gave me goosebumps so many times! Especially Vogel im Käfig. |

| A lot of anime have OSTs which just accompany the rest of the show and help carry the mood. Attack on Titan's OST is something else entirely. It arguably elevates the entire series and without it, I doubt half the memorable moments in the series would be as memorable without it. When I first watched Season 1, the OST stood out like a sore thumb, for all the right reasons. There was a noticeable dip in the quality of the OST in S4P1 by Yamamoto. There were still a couple of great tracks, but not on Sawano's level. I really hope he plays more of a role in S4P2. S1-S3 = 10/10 S4P1 = 8.5/10 |
| 7 to 8. maybe 7.5 Aot songs are undeniably good but not that good for me overall. My war is a 10/10 tho, music-wise |
