Also I swear people who hate anituber have fucking Stockholm's Syndrome. Since everytime a thread even mentions anitubers they have to go and respond instead of just ignoring it. It looks like several months ago they changed their name to "Beyond The Bot" - I haven't checked out their new account yet but plan to. | Super Eyepatch Wolf writes good videos, and he can make you interested in whatever he's speaking about (probably because it's clear that he's very passionate about the stuff he makes videos about). He also has non-anime stuff though. Hiding in Public is also good, I don't agree with some of what he says but he's nice to listen to and his videos are good too. Kenny lauderdale makes videos about old and lost anime, they're pretty interesting even if you're not into the style. Haven't watched much of his stuff, but I've seen some good videos by Scamboli Reviews. Not enough to vouch for him though. Those are the only ones I follow and watch more or less consistently, but I'm sure there're others. Just make sure to avoid the bigger, well-known ones, as they generally make their name through creating controversial material for the clicks and drama, or starting feuds and online disputes, also for the views. |

| Dam all these hate on youtubers. Scamboli and Charlie I like a lot for their humor in presentation. I would also recommend trash taste podcast and the bois individually. Gigguk and Joey got a lot of flake on MAL because of how they present opinions but at the end of the days you don’t have to agree with them to enjoy it. They also brought on a variety of guest that’s able to present or relate to some aspect of Japanese and anime culture. Their podcast made walking my dog on a friday afternoon much more enjoyable. |
