| I find Frosch from Fairy Tail very cute and funny especially when he talks and agrees to Lector's opinion of everything. He is also the only Exceed who wears a frog costume. Frosch also reminds me of the our household detergent. |

For manga, I'd probably say Sekibanki from Touhou. She's almost never had a speaking role since her initial debut in Double Dealing Character. I think she finally got another speaking role in Grimoire of Usami, but I haven't read it yet, so don't quote me on that. |

Representative for Harima and Tenma's class, criminally underrated in the beauty department (expecially when she blushes), funny because of her wild mood swings, and when she actually got almost an entire episode of seasond season as a magical girl parody i was sooooo happy Anzu Yokoyama from Prison School. Still thinking about what is more beautiful, her looks or her heel face turn Fumiko from Love Live.
