| To get into figure collecting on a budget I would roll with Prize Figures. Of course the quality isn't like that of more expensive ones, but just to start, yeah it's good. I still like to buy prize figures if it's one of my favorite waifus. EXQ makes a wide range of different waifus. They're usually quite doll-like, but some are actually quite good. Like my Rem Wedding Lingerie one and Ranko from Idolmaster. |

| Really nice figures tend to be on the expensive side. My wallet is always dying from buying scale figures rip. Your best bet for good quality figures is checking out the Pop Up Parade line or buying Nendoroids. It's best to preorder figures if you can because the after market prices are often insane. |

| Careful when buying cheap especially if it's being shipped from China. Got one on Amazon when I first started and the package never arrived, tried to contact seller but their account was closed, second time the paint on the figure rubbed off and the eyes looked googly eyed, tossed it. |

| If you're in a big city you could check your marketplace sites and check for people nearby selling their figures, wouldn't need to pay much for transportation/shipping that way. They'd be second-hand so maybe not in perfect condition but would be much more affordable. |

| Wal-Mart has some, typically DBZ or Naruto, in the 20 dollar range. They're usually by the dvd's (IN my case at least) If you want cheaper then that though, you'll probably have to settle for Pop Vynil's. |
