| hinata's jump at the end is super exciting, i'm hoping we get to see his jump evolve in the next season. also hinata forgetting to hit loool! i hate inarizaki fans :( i definitely won't be rooting for them. though the miya brothers are super cool (and not to mention cute!). tanaka and kanoka! haha i loved seeing their bg story + the misunderstanding situation. overall, a good episode. i think this season probably falls somewhere around a 7-8. i have some mixed feelings tbh! |

| Very good first part. Yes, the new art style is very shocking at first but I really don't understand why some exaggerated with the animation here. I could found bad animation in some scenes from the first season and nobody said anything so I don't know why some people complain now. Regardless of that, I'd like to say this...this first part of the fourth season is better than S3 cuz we have: training, character development and fun new characters. I feel bad for those who followed the first part when it was airing and had to wait months for the continuation. Go, go Haikyuu! 7/10 for the anime. |

| I liked this episode but I can't say the same for the whole season. A lot of things shifted from the first three seasons which I'm not keen on any of them. Art and animation are the most notable, but also there's a shift from match focus and some characters seem very different compared to how they used to be (most critical for me is Suga). I also really like Miya Atsumu so far and his VA is great (I mean, when is he not?). I hope the Nationals bring back that old feel of the series |
| Not sure why people don't like this season as much, I loved the camp practice episodes, as well as the SOL bits we got, I think that it's something that KnB for example always lacked. We are going to get our high-stakes intense matches eventually, but KnB, these work for Haikyuu only when they are carefully built over time. This is actually the reason I'm worried about the Finals match, it's probably going to be against a team Karasuno has almost no connection to.... HEY HEY HEY! Scratch that, I forgot that Nekoma may manage to beat Itachiyama and then we'll get two of the best and closely connected teams at the finals. |

| Another amazing season filled with fantastic volleyball and wholesome moments. Karasuno vs Inarizaki is definitely going to be an outstanding match. Can't wait to watch Part 2! |

| And here it is, the first amazing opponent. However that ending was so hype, the setter seeing Hinata as a big problem. His serves may be good but they are nothing against Oikawa's! Season 5 is going to be another season 3 where it focuses on one important match, or at least a big part of the season. I wonder if it's going to be just as good or better. Still enjoyed this 4th season a lot, I just love training arcs in Haikyuu. |

| i laughed so hard at that ending, hinata actually made crazy jump, with crazy animation to be added, but all in all he forgot to hit the ball. greatest moment for this part, period xDD the fact that this part ended with this kind of cliffhanger just proves this is just "part", rather than full season. as a binge watcher i don't mind though. still though, if this is how this season supposed to be, this is the best season so far. the training arc wasn't dragged as s2 training arc, and we got meaningful development on both hinata and kageyama. which just made that arc probably the best training arc in this anime already. and then came the start of the senqyu, which were just another hit in this season. so, for this part this is 9/10 for me. which is better than s1. mainly for better pace, plot, and interesting direction that make this season more alive than what we had so far. |
| I love new and improved animation, but characters do seem a little bit more soulless with the designs action is top tier this season |
