| My favorite show with a female MC is "Binbougami ga!". I won't count Fairy Tail, because it's usually Natsu who defeats the final boss. |

+Shion no Ou though I found Shion's personal story more compelling than the murder mystery. Also Studio DEEN's work on this show is rather poor. They especially had problems with the characters' noses. Nijuu Mensou no Musume ("Daughter of Twenty Faces") came out about the same time. It turns the "Moriarty" character in Edogawa Ranpo's detective novels, Nijuu Mensou, into more of a Robin Hood character. He rescues a young heiress who joins his team. Both these shows were subbed by Live-eviL. Usually they did older shows that were not getting enough attention, but the staff enjoyed both these shows enough to sub them. |
