| For the area inside the rectangle, the white/blue part both have a RGB of 146, 138 and 186 respectively when using an eyedropper tool in Windows paint program (they are the same color in terms of data). This maps to a color of 'cold purple' on this color mapper https://www.color-blindness.com/color-name-hue/ The blue and white in the areas outside the rectangles are definitely blue and white though according to above website and eyedropper. Indeed the lighting affects the perception though and the perception is definitely unreliable.
