Do you think they will animate part 7? Because I heard it won't be animated because the artstyle is difficult to draw and if they will do it maybe they will use cgi for horses. I would love to see an anime version for part 7.I want so much to see the cheese song animated

If the JoJo anime continues to be on the level of quality it is currently, I'm not sure I want any more of it

What's bad about the quality? Part 5 is perfect so far.

I can't wait to watch this animated, now that Vinland Saga adaptation is also confirmed, my two favorite action manga will eventually get animated one day. As long as its David Productions animating it I'm in. 2022, 2025, I don't care. I can wait and I will wait.

What is it you don’t like about part 5’s anime
- changes to things like Fugo’s backstory
- the animation quality

The animation quality. It's not as bad as DiU, but the "make the fights look good, we'll make the rest in time for the blu-ray cuz people don't look in the background anyway" is still here and it's bothering not only me but a lot of people. In general, David Production really has declined in quality and I think it's time to either step it up or pass on the torch. JoJo deserves AT LEAST a Karakuri Circus level of quality imo.

Pass the torch? Bothering many people? You are pretty much the only person I have seen complain about the animation. The art style is the only complaint I have seen. I don't know what drop in quality you are talking about because it doesn't exist. Jojo part 5 is great so far and has very cool stand fights.

The anime adaption of Steel Ball Run is going to need around 3 seasons of 24 episodes considering it is larger than all the previous parts and Stardust Crusaders had to be split between 2 seasons as well, also JoJolion is slowly becoming even larger than Steel Ball Run...

The first time I ever read a complaint regarding part 5's animation. 4 was a little iffy here and there yes, but 5????

I've seen only the first few full episodes, but I've also seen clips and wasn't impressed by those either.
The "good parts" look good, but as soon as it's not a fight and the characters aren't right up to the camera, everything is off-model and stiffly animated. Combine that with the awkward backgrounds and I'd rather just reread the manga tbh. Just seeing JoJo have the same problems that plague most modern anime ever since late-SC season 2 is kinda sad tbh

It's a toss up really. It would make sense to stop at Part 6, but we'll have to wait and see. I hope they don't do a Jojolion anime until it's finished though.

Part 5 had a slower pace. If Part 7 gets a pace of Part 4 or 5 it can be done in 2 seasons easily. DP adapted 4 chapters in one episode most of the time while they made Part 4 and 5. One chapter is 19-20 pages long. That 80 page at most. Part 7 has 29-45 pages long chapters. And there is 2 or 3 really short where Gyro and Johnny dicking around. They can adapt 2 or 3 chapters in 1 episode, mostly 2. Then That would mean 48 episodes at maximum, maybe less. That two 24 episodes seasons just like Part 3. If they stick with the pacing. Part 3 could have been less than 39 episodes, but they wanted to milk the most popular part or just wasn't confident enough to make 39 episodes in one go. I really hope the pacing of Part 7 will be faster, but not rushed.

We aren't even done with part 5 yet and they most likely gonna take a long break after 6.
