| people want a reboot bc this anime is complete garbage, the writing is just awful and it get worse as you progress through it, so unconsistent, bland,illogical...ect the only moments that acually made me feel something were chelsea's death and the death of the masked guy, i couldn't care less about anything else that happened |

| Akame ha Kill tried to be original by being edgy and gore but it’s quite similar to every other stereotypical shonen, it wasn’t terrible but bland and basic. Anyway I enjoyed the anime, it was certainly entertaining. Most of the characters were pretty much lame and were killed off rather early, even before being developed. Chelsea was definitely the best written, the most three dimensional and likable, she deserved way better and I’m glad they killed Kurome in the anime. |

| Stay mad. Kurome is best girl. Both the anime and manga had tons of bad writing but the anime skipped over a lot of cool stuff like Run's character arc thanks to it's ending. I don't want a remake but the manga is superior to the anime overall, and Kurome is based. The series is the definition of a popcorn show anyway so I don't see much reason to take it seriously. I much prefer the ending of because it's way more amusing and in tone with the rest of the absurdity of this self-aware trainwreck.  |

| The anime was garbage and at least they find the way to solve the monumental bunch of issues this anime has, there's no point to do a reboot |

| The adaptation compressed half of the source material to the last 5 episodes. How the hell could it be better than the manga? Until the 19th episode, things went okay, then suddenly everything became A reboot had 0 chance because the first 19 episodes were there without any need of change and the last 5 needed an another 2 cour adaptation. |
