| This episode really lived up to the previous episode's cliffhanger, and felt so much more gripping as I couldn't take my eyes off of it. I like how they engraved the strength of their predecessors in this episode as well. Besides that the new OP and ED were alright, but the best bit of this episodes is that they've shown the beginning of the chunin and momoshiki arc... Can't wait. |

| Wtf, what the hell is wrong with the opening? It has to be the ugliest one in the entire Naruto history, it looks so cheeeeap! Usually openings are supposed to have better animation than actual anime, here it’s so terrible I couldn’t stand watching it, ugh. Hope they fix at least some parts of it… Other than that it was an okay start for the movie arc, I guess. And I really enjoyed the ending song! |
